Such a kind and helpful guy(bob) he gave me a quote upfront and was able to my sewing machine and gave me a spare bobbin free of charge. He was patient and listened to every concern and didnโ€™t try to sell me Unnecessary products/ services. For sure my go to repair store

I accidentally removed filter bag on the central vacuum, but couldnโ€™t put it back properly. I went to the store asking for a new filter bag (as I thought it was the bag issue). Instead of selling me a new one, Darcy checked the filter bag and showed me how to put it on. Really appreciate his help! Saving me around 100 bucks (I guess) :D

Before you spend $500 on a Dyson, go see D'Arcy at White Rock Vacuums. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We were very happy with the service we received, the vacuum we purchased works really well and it cost quite a bit less than we were expecting to spend. I would recommend him to any friend or family member looking to purchase a vacuum.

A few weeks ago I called this vendor to follow up on aa vacuum filter that was ordered for me. The person said he thought the filters were in but would check and call back in 10 min but did not. I called back after an hour and he said he had customers waiting and would call back in 5 min and abruptly hung up. I think the vendor (not sure if it was Bob or Darcy but not Al as I thought previously) and I were just having a bad day. I was just frustrated as nothing was going right for me recently and I reacted badly by giving this vendor a bad review which was not appropriate or fair. Today I called to check on my order and apologized for the bad review, The person was very understanding and forgiving and blamed the situation on the pandemic. He said he needed to check on my order and would call me back in 15 min. I got a call back in 15 min and the person told me he had the parts in stock but he gave me the dimensions of the primary filter so I could compare to it to my filter. so I would only have to drive to White Rock only if the filter would fit vaccuum. I thanked the person and checked if the filter he ordered is correct. It is.. Thanks to Bob or Darcy at White Rock Vaccuum I do not have to buy a new vaccuum as even Hoover could not get the filter I need and other Hoover dealers said the filter was not available.

I called AL over a week ago to see if he had a primary filter for my particular hoover vacuum. Hoover told me the primary filter is not available to them but told me to contact 3 local Hoover dealers who might help me. I called two dealers before calling White Rock Vacuum and was told the primary filter for my vacuum is no longer available and that I would have to get a new vacuum. I called White Rock Vacuum and Al said it is available but would have to order it in. Al said he would call me in about a week when he got the filter in. I was very happy that I would not have to buy a new vacuum that is less than 2 yrs old. Did not get a call after over a week so called and Al said he thought he had both the primary and hepa filter in but would check and call me back in 10 minutes. I waited an hour or so; no call back. I called again. He either completely forgot to call me or could not be bothered. He said he had customers but would call me back in 5 then abruptly hung up on me. Again, no call back. He obviously has no intention of calling back and does not have the filter I need so he just waisted my time. He probably never ordered the filters because they are not available Very poor customer service. Tired of people who dont do what they say they will do. It is all about integrity which is sadly lacking in so many people today.

Brought my central vac for repair when the shop just opened in the morning as the vac automatically shut off in 5 min after it's started. I was told by the repair person that he would look at it and let me know what the problem was. I did not get any phone call. Next day early afternoon I called to check. The person first replied that I just brought it in the afternoon, then said his turn around time usually was a week. I wish he could inform customer up front. So I told him I would come to bring the vac back.

Wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately I wasn't very happy with the service. I brought in my sewing machine for a service. Not a repair just a basic maintenance service and it's like the whole machine was dipped in oil. Oil seeping from every possible seam and pooling in unexpected places. I keep cleaning but find new spots and can't really use the machine until I'm certain the oil is done.
