★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this location with a request to repair my daughters broken vacuum she had brought home for the weekend from University. I was assuming I would have to leave the vacuum for the repairs however was pleasantly surprised how accommodating they were in assisting me on short notice. No more than half an hour after leaving the store I got a call letting me know I could come back as they had fixed the issue! This solved a big issue as she only returns home intermittently and was going to be left without the ability to clean her place. A big thanks to Vacuum Works plus for their outstanding service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Vacuum Works Plus for both vacuum repair and purchase. Very helpful and personable service. Karen and Paul patiently walked us through the features of the vacuums in the store, taking the time to explain all the bells and whistles. They have a demo area that helps you determine what vacuum is right for you. We ended up going for the Sebo D4 Premium and love it! Awesome customer service and we will continue to use them for all of our vacuum needs. A local business that we are happy to support.

I initially wanted a more expensive vacuum, but after talking to me and asking me many questions, they suggested something more suitable for my house. They could of charge me way more BUT this is how you know that they truly care to make sure I would be 100% satisfied. As I said, unbelievable experience and the best past I love my new the most powerful vacuum that I've ever owned. Not to mention 25 years warranty!

As a multi pet household, I got to know them well through my search and discovery they had the best commercial steam cleaners for rent. It took a few years, but finally they converted me off the mainstream cheaper vacuums like my Bissell into an understanding that you truly get what you pay for. I am now the proud owner of a Sebo Dart that has changed my home life for the better! Their knowledge, professionalism, customer service and great prices will keep me a loyal customer as long as they are in business. For all your flooring care needs, go see them AND don't forget to keep your vacuum maintained and cleaned (I honestly didn't know that until them ha ha)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Kenmore central vac broke down after 22 years so I researched replacement options online. I narrowed it down to 2-3 brands and sent Karen and Paul a few questions on their website.
I received a quick reply off hours and decided to visit their store. Their product knowledge and service were excellent. They were very helpful and receptive during the visit which resulted in the purchase of a new central vac.
I am extremely pleased with their recommendations and ultimate purchase. Very happy to have come across Vacuum Works Plus and would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn’t been to Karen and Paul’s new location since their move at the beginning of the pandemic. Wow! Fresh new look, great setup, lots of products to browse through and of course Karen and Paul’s usual friendly and professional service. Worth a visit for anything vacuum or home automation. Plus the location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and other shopping nearby. The kids loved running around.
