★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Dec 2020, I purchased a pair of Lexani LX-30 tires to replace the fronts on my SUV. I also purchases a set of 4 Nitto NT90W for the SUV as well, right before the snow started. Couldn't be happier with all 6 tires. Jay and Rohan were super professional. They answered my questions promptly, and they were ready to do the install at the scheduled time. Prices were also super competitive. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two tires from them and got a whole set installed here. The two brothers that own this business, Jay and Rohan, are good people. They're very kind, efficient, and knowledgable. They also offer very reasonable prices for their tires and services. The two tires I purchased from them came with free installation, and for the other two I paid less than what big name shops charge for mounting low profile performance tires. I came all the way from downtown Vancouver just for their work and can say that it was well worth it considering the service I've received from them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs anything wheel or suspension related!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you had paid for services done that is not done properly at, Reflections Services; write a review after you talk to them first. If it is said you are the reason for poor choices made in what should get get done, that is basically your problem...this how they usually operate. If you are unhappy with their services and talking directly to them did not work. There is a way to report this business to the Better Business Bereau. Sadly, the young man was very smug and pretty much laughed and thought it was funny. Taking advantage of a woman and mom of 4. Knowing I would not know. Just please be aware. Get a name(s), keep your receipt(s), take a picture of the business, and if you go back to the business to report a concern and it's a different person. Get their name. Time of day you talk to this person, the date , and the year. Hopefully, this may help out others who are strapped for money during this pandemic. I'm level 5 guide here on Google. I don't make habits of poor businesses. I also make i write reviews mostly good reviews. I prefer good reviews. I only post ones that hurt my bank account. I spent too much time just crying about it. Hugs to all. Prayers.

Not looking for a free brake job. I did get it done through your company. This response of his....should show others this how he treats his paying customers.
