Brought my FR-S in for an alignment after lowering and they did a splendid job and pointed a mistakes out I made during install. They didn’t push for additional sales which I find awesome. Good people and probably my go to shop for automotive work if when I need :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dale's performed work on a previous repair. They did not charge for the correcting. While I do believe this was the right thing to do. They did so without any argument, and they are also very accommodating business they care about their clients. Definitely a respected place to do business I would have no issues at all recommending Dale's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience, I phoned in to make my appointment; they ANSWERED!! Very polite and knowledgeable so naturally I booked. I had text message reminders close to the service day and had a hiccup in my schedule, they were able to move my appointment on a moments notice. In today’s world flexibility is key so nice touch guys! I showed up for my appointment and both Holly and Jameson were there ready to rock. Drop off took less that 60 seconds and I was on my way. Part way through my day I received a text that my vehicle was done and pickup and payment took about 90 seconds. The team was so awesome I ended up staying another 15 minutes to chat about life and made some new friends in the process. The best part was driving my car after service, no complaints. Highly recommend, services as expected, delivered on time, superb process.

Very impressed with Product Advisor Jameson - his product knowledge and recommendation was one reason I chose Dale Auto for my off-road build.
We are now half way through our cross county trip - arriving San Diego from Vancouver via the Pacific Coast Hwy. We will turn east to Arizona then head up north to Grand Canyon and back. The 4Runner prepared by Dales Auto Service is excellent and perfect for our car camping trip. Just a big thank you to Dales Auto team for helping us with the 4Runner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional service on their truck/Van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought my 2014 Lexus LS 460 to Dale's for new brakes, tires, and other upgrades. In the past, I have used Open Road Lexus in Port Moody for all service work on four different vehicles, and I would give Open Road 10/10 overall for service.
I give Dale's an 11/10.
All of the repairs were completed on time and on budget, and each product selection was excellent.
I appreciated their thorough estimation progress, and the pictures and videos made it easy to follow along while the work was being completed when I was on holiday.
The service and approach to friendly customer service from Holly, Jameson, and the rest of the team was outstanding.
Thank you to everyone at Dale's Auto Service for the fantastic work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Dales are amazing, Jameson, Mike, Holly, Nate, Johnny. They listened to what I wanted and helped guild me in the best direction to reach those results. They did a full new engine and fuel system. They also diagnosed my suspension issue and repaired it.
