Don't like the intermediate steps by mechanically untrained call forwarders.when arranging service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial purchasing experience in 2020 was a little confusing between the sales dept. and parts but that got worked out. Since then the service dept. has been stellar in their servicing of the car. Very pleased and will definitely consider Wolfe Subaru for my next car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just read all the lovely positive comments about your dealership and I wish that I had gone on the days those people were working. My family and I stopped in after seeing some available Subaru's on your website, which I also learned does not match actual inventory. It was a very quiet Sunday afternoon but nobody was very eager to work with us. When we were finally approached and offered help, the salesperson was not very forthcoming with information and seemed uninterested in connecting with us or offering details about upcoming opportunities to purchase cars. Going into a car dealership, I was prepared for the big sales pitch but I was caught off guard by the complete disinterest and apathy of the sales team. We left a little stunned and instead met with a different Subaru dalership who were engaged and ready to work with us. We put a deposit down a new car today.

When I first went to view the car, it was a busy weekend, but he immediately grabbed the keys for me and let me test drive the car without any hassle or discussion. After taking the car for a drive, Mark discussed my options with me in detail so that I could make an informed decision on how I wanted to move forward. The whole experience was stress free and I never felt pressured to make a decision. When I got my car, all of the accessories were already on for me, and Mark took the time to go over any questions I had about the features. The team at Wolfe Subaru are lovely and I look forward to seeing them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the negative comments that were posted here about some of the sales people seem to have done something to improve the situation. We just bought a brand-new Outback Wilderness from this dealer, and the service was excellent. We dealt with Scott Miller and he was really on top of things, always keeping us in the loop and updated during the time we were waiting for our car. The sale went smoothly and after the purchase was done, Jay the boss even came down to greet us and thank us for our business, and then we were on our way.
There is only one thing that I would classify as negative about our new car, but this has absolutely nothing to do with the dealership, but rather with a decision Subaru Canada as a company must have made. We love our new car, but the only thing I really don’t like is the fact that the Canadian models do not come with the navigation app, whereas the US models do.
It is completely incomprehensible to me why Subaru in Canada would remove such an important item, while the US models have the Navi app and almost every other car in that price range nowadays also comes with a navigation system.
If there is any way to still add the navigation app, that would be great. But other than that, we are very happy with our car and the service we received at Wolfe Subaru in Langley.

Stelios was very knowledgeable about Subaru products and gave me a complete run down on all the vehicles I was looking to purchase, he gave me many options and was extremely helpful.
All the staff at Wolfe Subaru are amazing people, very friendly and helpful and I appreciate all they did for me.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I recommend Wolfe Subaru to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I will definitely be returning for servicing and future vehicle purchases.
