Was blown away by the white-glove service I received from Shelby and Rhonda. They were super patient with all of my questions, informative, didn't push services on me but rather gave me advice on top things to start with. William Chan has serviced my car multiple times and is a great senior technician! Recieved great customer service from him as well. I would highly recommend Wolfe Mitsubishi in Langley :)!

I've been a Wolfe Mits customer since 2007 and have always received friendly professional service. Rhonda and Shelby are knowledgeable and make the experience stress free. My recent repairs cost less than the original estimate. A nice surprise. Jeffrey

Roger was great, he gets the 5 stars alone. The man knew what he was selling, he was very helpful, he did not pressure us or call us every other day. He gave us all the information and let us make our own decision. Wolfe Mitsubishi was great in making the purchase of a Family SUV go as smooth as possible. We will definately be buying another car from Roger and I will be sending more clients the Wolf Way.

I took our Outlander PHEV in after our charger stopped working. We also had a concern about the battery capacity. Our experiences with another Mitsubishi dealer left a bad taste in our mouth. Since I work a short walk from Wolfe I thought I'd ask them to look at our car. I've bought accessories from Vic at Wolfe's parts counter and he has always been top notch. Super helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I booked my service appointment over the phone on Saturday. I had explained the concern to Patrick but he didn't take any notes. However my experience on Monday morning with the service writer who took our vehicle in was awesome. Very professional and friendly (sorry I didn't catch your name). The text service to let me know the car was ready is useful! The person at the counter who wrapped everything up was also super helpful, and she gave me a floor mat since I had my work boots on LOL. Our concerns were addressed with no fuss and I look forward to having maintenance handled by these guys in the future.

My wife and I purchased a new RVR recently and the staff at Wolfe Mitsubishi were great. Roger and Lance (Salesman) drive a hard bargain but I found their professionalism, personability, and knowledge on vehicles top notch as well as giving us a solid deal. Brooke (Financing) was great with finding us the best financing option's and I feel like she truly knows her stuff. Rhonda (Service Department) really helped with all my maintenance questions with ease. Great stuff guys, keep it up! Thanks again from Kyle and Rachael

Good day. I hope you are all well. I would like to leave a comment regarding the public charge station at this dealership. The charge station is from ChargePoint and they are a company that offers a charging service for those with electric or hybrid vehicles. Due to the fact that this is on business property the charging unit is not accessible. The lot entrance have the Mitsubishi vehicles blocking it so you are unable to enter. This is a unit that should, and I don't like using the word should, have access for the public. Accessibility to charge stations need to be, well, more accessible. I hope this comment can change a bit of the structure so it may help other drivers and EV/Hybrid owners. I will consider changing my one star to a five star if this actually gets resolved. I called and took my Mitsubishi RVR as the Catalytic converter was stolen. When I called them, Rhonda was very helpful. She knows what she is doing and gave me all the information I need, which made my life very easy. She is busy and does not answer the phone all the time. But she responds to messages very quickly. It is going to be the new servicing place for my car. Thanks Rhonda for great service.

We recently purchased our third Mitsubishi from Wolfe. The sales staff is top notch. Dave and Lance were amazing to deal with and answered any questions we had. I have been getting our vehicles serviced at Wolfe for the past 18 years. We have never once had an issue. Rhonda and Shelby always go above and beyond, as servicing the vehicles is always a smooth experience.
