Their prices are very competitive and actually after quite a research in the market, I found that the prices are bit lower than the market. H	Hrk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED They seem like nice people but they are not. I almost bought their blue 2013 Hyundai Accent. I trusted them at first because they showed me the car fax and inspections so I paid the partial payment of $500. But I started to suspect something was wrong when they didn’t want me to bring the car to a third party mechanic shop to get it checked. After talking to the manager Richard, they allowed me to bring the car to the mechanic. The mechanic found a big issue that the bottom of the car is rusty and some parts need to be changed. He even thinks the car was in an accident but it wasn’t in the records. He told me not to buy the car. Later on, we found out that the car is from Ontario, though the salesman Oden told me it’s a local BC car. He was lying the whole time. I tried to negotiate the price but they only gave me $200 discount. They even showed me how much they bought the car but I don’t think it’s the real price since I already caught them lying about everything else. They are smart and they know how to trick people.

You guys need to deal with Richard Han. He met me on a Sunday even if their shop is closed on Sundays according to Google. He was prompt. He catered on all my questions and, mind you, he went above and beyond. I recommend this shop and Richard Han specifically! Very professional! I was in and out in no time with lots of smile in my face !!!

Need a tow vehicle and I found this 2006 Hummer H3 at Luminous Auto Group (at the Langley location), and the sales manager (Richard Han) was the best and replied to my enquiry within minutes - not kidding you. He sent me the CarFax information and answered my questions about this Hummer H3. This Hummer H3 is in MINT CONDITION with less than 38,000 KMs and I thought it was a mistake (typo and was 138,000 KMs ???), and no - it was at 38,000 KMs and when I test drove it, everything was perfect from the smooth engine sound to interior leather seats looking like new. Richard and I negotiated on pricing with my trade-in and both parties were satisfied, deal done!!! And they had an ICBC Agent in at less than 30-mins too and I couldn’t be happier and buying my experience with Richard Han was the best, and I suggest asking for Richard Han if you plan to shop there. Thanks again Richard!!!
