Excellent service at Applewood Kia Langley thanks to Steve, Service Lot Manager and Kaley, service advisor. I had a regular service done on my 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid and Kaley gave me the info I needed for a tire repair claim and referred me to Steve for small scratches on my car. I returned another day and Steve happily buffed out the scratches and noticed it needed some detailing around the windows so he did that too, giving the car a wash/vacuum at the same time, all no charge. Thanks again Steve and Kaley.

We bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento SX today. Our salesman was Raj. He was very nice and let us test drive the vehicle yesterday. He was very good at answering all of our questions about the vehicle. He also tried to help keep the kids occupied during the purchase. Raj was also not "pushy" like I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. The customer service is great and the manager, Nelson was great to deal with as well.?

My dad bought his 2021 Telluride from this location, so when it came time for me buying a new car we thought we would shop there as return customers. My dad reached out to Jake who he bought his car from regarding my interest in the 2022 Seltos. He took a while to respond and then said he was away and his partner would reach out. We never heard back from Jake or Vick his partner. We ended up coming down to the lot and dealt with a completely different rep as neither Jake or Vick were available. The rep we dealt with was pleasant however had hidden fees included into the price which he didn’t discuss with us that my dad noticed. He did not even bother to touch base on them so if we didn’t notice it I would’ve been stuck paying it. He also offered next to nothing for my trade in ($11,000) which I ended up trading in elsewhere for $15,500. There was no flexibility or care to make the sale, customer service is clearly not a priority at this dealership. I went to the Downtown Kia and they offered me an amazing deal over the phone within minutes, no hidden fee’s, extremely flexible on making the deal, and so helpful, kind, and patient. They got me my Seltos within a month, versus other dealerships telling me it would be 2-4 months or longer. Langley Kia was charging me an additional $3000.00 saying due to supply and demand it was a mandatory markup with no wiggle room. Being a return customer I assumed they would be flexible and give better service. I do not recommend this location at all! Not to buy or service your vehicle. Customers are nothing but numbers to the team, they don’t care to provide a top level of customer service.

A huge shout out to Nathan in the service department! I brought my Soul in yesterday for service and had some questions about new tires. He not only took the time to explain the options available to me, he showed me. He didn't talk down to me and he didn't dismiss my concerns. Not only that, my vehicle was finished in the time promised. So thanks to the mechanics as well. Thank you again Nathan.

My experience with these guys was great. I will totally be faithful to them when I can. Amanda in service is great and I really appreciate her following up with me and making sure they followed through on a promise they made to me. Thank you so much for awesome customer service, you guys really know what that means!

Several weeks ago I was in the neighborhood Kia Langley and my car needed it’s first oil change and I have the free oil change package. I called service hoping they can schedule me in the same day or the next day because I am driving out to Kelowna over the weekend. The service reception (can’t recall her name), she said they are booked until next week. However she said since I am driving out of town she can fit me in within the hour of my call. When I arrived service was pretty busy!! They change my oil only took an hour!!! That’s really good!! Excellent customer service and I certainly didn’t expect it. Thanks to the lady receptionist who made it possible, really appreciate the service!!!

UPDATE 04/07/22: Still have this piece of garbage. And STILL having issues with it. Tried calling to book an appointment and left my number to be contacted back... which I never was. I had to call 3 more time to finally get thru and still was properly helped & no appointment booked! Here are photos of my lemon I was sold being towed exactly 3 month apart….With in the year of ownership I have had 4 recalls, a dead battery (first month of owning it) and 2 engine failures. Thanks for selling me a lemon Applewood.

I bought the truck of my dreams with the help of Austin, Edward and Taylor. We were so impressed even my dad was able to buy a car the same day. They are all such pleasant individuals and were very welcoming. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again for my wife!
