K	Kari Lasanen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not sure that I wanted to go to an independent "used car" dealership to buy my 2010 Tahoe, but SK Automarket had then car I wanted. I had the car checked out (PDI) by the automotive shop that I had been using and they informed me that the lower ball joints needed replacement. I told Karl about this concern and he told me that his mechanic told him that the ball joints were fine. I then took the car to a GM dealership for another independent assessment and was told by the dealership that both the upper and lower ball joints were well within spec. I have to say that "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" from Karl. He told me straight-up that his mechanics checks all their vehicles, repair significant issues, and then tell their customers about any other issues. They tell you what their price is to drive it of the lot, so you get no BS. My experience is that Karl and their other salespeople are honest and will find a win/win on any vehicle you would want to buy from them. One of the very few used car dealerships that I am prepared to recommend to my friends. Kari

They were very honest with the condition and the pros & cons of the vehicle that I was buying. They didn't try to sell you extra stuff that was unnecessary (e.g., extra warranty) but still provided you with the option. Overall, a great atmosphere, good product, and amazing customer service.

Karl was straight up and gave us the info and straight talk on how things work in the older used car market, as they is where we were looking. Got everything done onsite including test drives in 3 short hours. I came from Ontario to help my son buy his first used car. I allocated 4 days to get the job all done. It took 4 hours. Worth the drive to Langley.
