Always a lot to look at and there's something for anyone. It seemed like the the shelves in the bathroom decor area where a little lacking this last time but I also know there are shortages everywhere.

Store had just what we needed, walked right in and an employee immediately helped us, only a 5 minute visit and we were on our way as happy little customers. 5/5 would buy turkey poppers here again.

A great store for small appliances and an alternative to other local stores that do not carry certain items. Found a big change from the last visit. The TV's mounted in many aisles, that turn on while walking by. So now this store has a "pitch man" in every aisle becoming an "as seen on TV" store for sure and actually, quite annoying. I really believe this is store is now just, ok ...

Poor selection of bed pillows. Only about 4 feather pillows on shelves. These were $250 each. There was no price on shelf, no price checker machine, had to wait in pay lineup to find price of item. I have purchased feather pillows for myself and gifts from here for years always finding pillows in the $100 range. Left empty handed for the first time. Even a %20 off coupon makes them out of the question.

I love that this location has both the home and baby stores together. Both are huge stores and both sides are fairly well stocked. Usually pretty quiet as well which makes shopping here nice. Helpful staff.

We went to the Langley store to buy a kettle. Couldn’t find an employee anywhere so just sort of went through what was there. We settled on a Cuisinart glass tea kettle that was on sale for $89.00. We decided to purchase it and went to the cashier. We stood in line as the lady behind the counter barked at us that she would just be a minute. She was putting stock into the cupboards. Fine. She finally finishes and rings up our order. Not a hello, not a thank you for waiting, zip. I had a coupon for $20.00 off and she begrudgingly scanned it. She glared at me and said my total was $109.00. I looked at her and said that there was a sign stating it was on sale for $89.00. She snarled β€œI’ll have to get a price check”. So we waited. I finally said that I would run over and get the sign. It was ON the product AND on an end. I took it to her, she conferred with a young man who I presume was there to do the price check. She didn’t say sorry, she didn’t thank me for getting the product with the sign, nothing. So, she finally gets to re-ring my order. Miss congeniality she is NOT. She said my total was $78.00. So, I wasn’t sure if she had the coupon done so I asked her. She said β€œshow it to me” I said I already did and you already scanned it. She made me go back through my phone to find it and I showed it to her. She barks, you’ll have to scroll it up. It was exactly as she had scanned it previously. She then said that the coupon wasn’t eligible on that item. By this time I had had it with her attitude and surliness and we left. She just shrugs her shoulders and really could not care less. We went to Canadian tire and got our kettle there. It is sad that she is that miserable in her job, anyone can have a bad day, but really? at least make an effort to be polite to customers. Definite training on customer service is needed and maybe some training on the register operations. Don’t think I’ll hurry back anytime soon.

Customer service is spot on. I didn't even have to ask or go look for somebody for a assistance. They're was always an employee to ask me if I needed help. Even when they were assisting another customer they would be able to assist us both at the same time. I had a great experience shopping there and I will go back in the future for anything I need for my home.

Ordered a set of cookware online which said they had two left in stock and before hitting check out it said that it would be ready in one hour. After paying for the item it then says the item will be ready two hours later. About 90 minutes from ordering the item I arrived at the store and they were completely bewildered and had no idea how to help me with retrieving this item. Both staff members I dealt with weren’t great to deal with. After telling me to wait an additional 15 minutes 1/ third staff member comes out and informed me that they do not have the item that I ordered and it is now cancelled. Complete waste of time
