This store has a terrible OUT OF STOCK problem. Also, do not order sofas here. They will dump it on your driveway expecting you to move it yourself into your living room. Because they have out dated, rude COVID contactless rules that fit 10 months ago. Since then we are all vaccinated and masks off, but Structube enjoys keeping it's low quality delivery options.

Very disappointing experience. First off I know things were crazy with shipment delays, then the flood and more. But as a business of you say you will have something in stock at a certain time, or promise to have an item available, especially since it was ordered 6 months ago. My expectations is you will have that item or if there are delays I would make sure nothing went wrong with delivery. The most frustrating part about the entire experience was there was no leadership team to reachout to and have a conversation. I would never buy from a company that tells me"it is what it is"

Visited this location this past weekend and we were very pleased with the customer service. We were promptly acknowledged in the store, sales rep made lots of useful suggestions, and helped us place a order. He explained all the details of delivery, wait times, etc. Overall very happy with the service and experience in store.

Really really really bad product. I bought a bed frame which come after even 2months. The worst is that design is very coarse!The connector of the plank even not match! I cannot install properly! The bed is on the verge of collapse! I don’t think it can be a long time using! Everything is terrible! Never come this store again!

Excellent service. Two times in around 1 year time, I noticed I needed some small and specific pieces for my purchase. The service has a fast response time, and they go the extra mile to make sure you receive what you need, and in a way that is most convenient for you. Structube also has the best multifunctional sofas I could find around here and for great prices. Strongly recommend the Avanti sofa.

Poor customer experience so far. Purchase a beanbag chair and waited a couple weeks for it. When the thing arrived the color was off and stitching loose all over. They would not accept my return the next day since it wasn’t inside the carrying bag they gave me even though it wouldn’t PHYSICALLY FIT INSIDE. They said that they gave me a refund but ushered me out the store without any confirmation or receipt. Won’t be returning and unfortunately will be going through PayPal for a simple purchase.

Selection is excellent. Prices are good. Quality is poor. Delivery is poor. I suggest you go into the store and pick what you see and be super patient if you have a back order. I waited 2 months and 8 months over est. delivery time for two items. The mirror I bought (3'x5') only had holes to be hung portrait... no holes for landscape... that's some poor design. I can excuse delivery somewhat because of world wide work shortages, shipping container ship flipping... but an updated est. delivery time would have been nice. I'll never go back again even though I liked the mirror.

This review is not about this particular location but the online store. I bought two open-box nightstands online. Open box products are fully functional and only with minor defects, at least that’s what they say. But when I received them, one of them had pretty bad structural damage which didn’t cause during shipping.As you can see from the picture, the side wall is not properly aligned and you can see a nail hanging out. Because the side wall is not aligned properly, the bottom drawer does not work. This must have been caused by improper installation. They say they inspect all open-box products, which doesn’t appear to be the case here. I contacted the customer service and they agreed to refund the one with the damage. I still like the nightstand so I asked to just replace the damaged one with a new one or another open-box item. They cannot send a new one, which I understand. But they also say they cannot send an open box product because they don’t have inventory info. If I still want another one,I need to place another order online. Fine. More work for customers for their mistake. I found one still available online so I attempted to place an order. But now that I am buying just one nightstand, it does not qualify for a free shipping. I contacted the customer service again, thinking they should pay for the shipping ( which is not cheap, 70?80?). To my surprise, they refused to cover it. So the only options for me were 1. stuck with just one nightstand, 2. pay extra 80 dollars for their mistake. I decided to keep the damaged nightstand. I have bought several things from them before, but I will never spend a penny on their products. EVER. The customer service doesn’t care about customers or so dumb that they called me 5:30 in the morning!! It might be 8:30 in Quebec but there is a thing called Time Zone.
