★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot suggest Goldkey and give as much praise to them. Dating back to my last 2019 Jetta they were super supportive and always checked in on me. September 18, 2021 will be a day I never forget. I finally bought the car that I fell in love with in highschool. Destinee has done a phenomenal job to make sure everything is in working order and Goldkey is lucky to have her. Destinee and her staff make me feel like I’m part of the family. I’ve already talked high praise about them to my friends and family. Keep up the solid work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The representative did not even ask to sit and talk. When being asked by his other co worker if he was free, the rep said that he was pretty much done. The person who was helping us, James, was least interested in providing the service.
Anybody who is looking to talk/know more about their future vehicle purchase, should look for another dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a puddle of water in my 2019 volkswagen tiguan. I bought this car brand new. There was mold in my car. They fixed the leak but not the mold. When I told them this they sprayed the inside of the car with some kind of disinfectant that smells like Ammonia. They handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I went back in and said it smells like a janitors closet . My car was not cleaned at all. I told them you have to clean the car if you want to get the mold out. They said I would be charged for this. It's under warranty I said. They wouldn't do it. Never buy a car from these guys. They be nice to sell you a car but you are on your own after that. All they care about is the cash. Really bad customer service. My brand new car stinks like MOLD AND DISINFECTANT.

James, the salesman, was very patient with all our questions, tooks us every step of the way and checked in after the sale. We are very happy with the purchase and fully recommend buying from this dealership! Look for James!

So unprofessional and rude. They don’t deserve to be in market.
These guys sold me Range Rover for $42,000 and didn’t disclose about the damage on the vehicle.
The same day I found after buying the car. I went back very politely to ask for a solution. And the manager named Jason started loud and very rude and said to return the vehicle.
After such a rude behaviour I decided to return the vehicle then these people took a week to return my money back. I paid them cash/draft.
I emailed the General Manager ‘John Fuller’ and explained him all the situation. He even didn’t respond. I tried calling him many times no answer. There accounting department people were rude also.
I even told them that I don’t live in town I was there only to buy the car.
No one helped or understood the situation.
This dealership is a fraud.
