★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my vehicle to Fix Auto for my last 3 repairs. They are friendly, helpful, they listen and stand behind their work. I have been to other shops and left with a repaired vehicle but when I pick up from Fix Auto Langley my car comes back to me completely repaired as well as completely vacuumed and washed. I will never trust another shop with my vehicle. A special thank you to Brandon, who went above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my vehicle in on Tuesday for a minor repair. The staff at the front were amazing. They handled any questions I had before I even had to ask them. A courtesy car was offered before I asked and I was provided with a clean, reliable vehicle while mine was in the repair shop. I dropped my suv off on Tuesday and got it back by Friday. I am super happy with the work and my car was given a really good detail clean. Very happy with Fix Auto and would totally recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car in on an icbc claim. Fire adamage and windshield damage.
Not only did they get all the marks off my car but they detailed it too.
I had so much dog hair all over my back seat and well crumbs from my 5 year old. It is so spotless and clean and shiny again!! Definitely went above and beyond.
Highly recommend So professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for an estimate about a month ago just for pricing on my damaged truck. fairly enjoyable experience while at the place, was told to wait about a half hour to 2 hours for an email which was never sent. its now a month later and they've lost all my information including the day one incident pictures needed for my icbc claim. I will be looking elsewhere for my next estimate/ repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is great here. I booked an appointment and was seen on time and the process was quick and easy. While my claim was being process they called me to check in and made sure that everything was taken care of. They gave me a nice courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. I now have another service issue based on work that was done here and they seem happy to fix it. I will update after it is complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for a quick estimate this past April on my vehicle which had been in an accident that day, fairly enjoyable experience with the office staff. after they were finished taking pictures I was told to head out and wait approximately 30 minutes to two hours for an email which never came. it's now a month later and my adjuster is asking me for an estimate of which I thought "thank goodness I've already got one" unfortunately when I called and asked why I hadn't received it yet/ if they could forward it to me, they informed me that they had lost all my information including the day one incident pictures needed for my icbc claim. very unprofessional and annoying, will be taking any work needed elsewhere from now on thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used an aftermarket bumper and it doesn't line up. Took it back and it still doesn't line up. Will be calling ICBC and seeing if I can get another shop to do it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No care or attention to detail taken at all with the repair. Car was left there for 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up the had gotten paint on trim and then tried to rub it off and damaged the trim. Paint was also spilled on tire rim and not cleaned. Taillight and bumper were supposed to be repaired but nothing is straight or installed correctly. They say they will fix everything but I have zero confidence in their work at this point. I wouldn’t recommend this body shop to anyone.
