★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient and easy to deal with.The front desk staff, Mariana and Laura are really helpful and professional. The quality of the work is great and quick. The manager for the shop, Brandon is really knowledgeable.
It was fast and easy to get the estimate done and they called me in for repairs when the parts arrived.The estimators Franco was really detailed about everything with repairs. The car looked brand new again after they finished the work.
Really recommend these guys. They will go above and beyond to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is well run, got to talk to a couple of guys on the floor , I’m a retired production manager of 47 yrs. experience, this shop has a high number of quality people, I watch interactions, and the floor has a good “ buzz” the work on my truck was impeccable & best of all their detail people are the best , twice now my truck was detailed perfectly. Their foreman look engaged and laid back, guys in a shop always appreciate that attitude. I would recommend this shop ( hopefully they “ maintain the buzz”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to OpenRoad RAB Langley! They replaced my glass roof for my SUV within one day once they got the part. From the front desk ladies to the shop mechanics everyone was really helpful and exceptional. I'm really happy with the customer service and would easily recommend this shop to anyone. They took their time and answered all my questions including insurance and third party insurance. I would definitely would come back here for any car autobody issues.

Gave me a complimentary detailed inside and out cleaning of my vehicle at end of repair. Oh and the repair was flawless, very well done. Came with a lifetime warranty on the repair as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! They answered my questions and let me know all the details I needed before I asked. This was my first accident so it was nice that they were able to do so! I appreciate that the team reached out to me to keep me up to date on my repairs especially considering how busy they were! The receptionist team were also so welcoming and I really appreciated how much of a help they were! My repairs looked amazing and made it look as though my car was brand new! I hopefully will not need to return but if I do I would 100% go back to this company!
