★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw a post on Facebook marketplace for some Timbertech decking. Ruben messaged us back within the day and was able to answer our questions. We went to Urban Design store and Ruben took care of our order. A few weeks later we started to build our deck and thought we should extend a few more feet. Ruben again came to the rescue and delivered the few more pieces himself. He is an excellent example of customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend his services again!

We were bit confused with several choices as first time home builder, but Sanjay guided us with his solid experience to choose the right products. Sanjay went above and beyond my expectations, with excellent customer service and follow up. I would strongly recommend to consult Sanjay for any building material requirements. He gave us fair pricing, with best quality material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruben our sales rep is amazing to work with. The sheer knowledge he has on all the materials they carry is something I’ve never encountered. Not only is his customer service A++. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ruben on several jobs already. I would highly recommend him and can’t wait to work with him on our upcoming jobs. My clients love dealing with him as well. The staff at their showroom are all polite, helpful and also well versed on their products. I highly recommend Urban Design Center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank the entire staff at Urban Design and especially Ruben for assisting me with my stone purchase and locating an installer. Yesterday, I found myself without a stone installer right in the middle of our fireplace renovation. Ruben listened to my concerns and assisted me with my stone purchase and found a wonderful installer for my job. Within hours of talking to Ruben, the installer came to my house and gave me a great quote. I can't thank Ruben and the staff at Urban Design enough for assisting us. You went way beyond our expectations and will highly recommend you to my friends. Awesome customer service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great experience working with Ruben at Urban Design Building Materials. He was attentive and fair with his pricing. We ordered composite decking from him and was a great experience throughout. Did not feel he was over selling and provided us great ideas to cut cost. I had an incident picking up the materials at their warehouse (frankly the guys there weren't as helpful) but Ruben called me immediately to apologize for their service even though we know it wasnt directly his fault. We needed to order additional materials and Ruben personally drop it off for us even though he didn't need to. I appreciated him going out of his way and highly recommend Ruben. The parts are great quality and his service made it very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with these guys. They sold me a 3D stone from Montreal and in writing advised me that this will not fade or lose colour.
It did fade and when I advised the same, they said the sales person Rueben who sold the stone to me left the company. I called a few times and the owner Phil then blamed the installer ... funny what does he has to do with the colour fading?
Definately not recommended these guys as their unethical business practices. I talked to a couple of builder friends and they had the similar experience with them in the past.
