★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a carpet installed in our home and weren’t looking at spending too much as we don’t plan on living here much longer. We do admit we didn’t spend a whole lot as it wasn’t an expense we were expecting but it would have been nice to be counselled a bit more at the store level as to how the carpet will actually feel when you walk on it. It seemed as though we were just another dollar in the bank for them.
The installers were a totally different story. For what I paid to have an install done and have them spend most of the day chatting or on their phones was a big disappointment not to mention the quality of work to simply install a carpet. The area it was being installed in was 99% clear minus a closet built in. Other than that there were no other obstacles slowing down progress and it still took a full day and a half for less than 1000 sqft.
They also scratched up my freshly painted walls by dragging the carpet rolls along the walls.
THEN we had to call them back because it wasn’t secured down in MULTIPLE areas and even was cut crooked around a banister. Not impressed and the only saving grace is that I’m not gonna be in the house for more than 4 years.

I received excellent service from Brad at the store from start to finish. The floor installers, Joseph and his assistant Mike, did a magnificent job — I would not hesitate to call on them again and recommend to others. Thank you Brad, Joseph, and Mike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our original visit was very informative about all the options available to us. Steve was our salesman. When it came to installation, their crew came by to measure the job. They where on time as well as polite. Installation happened smoothly and we opted for the old carpet and underlay to be removed as well as some furniture items to be taken out and put back once the job was done. Again, very professional, courteous and tidy. The whole experience was great. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End of the roll in Langley was where we purchased our vinyl plank and are very pleased with the product. Megan was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. This store has a large selection to choose from, making it easy to find the flooring that will fit your needs and wants. The installer, Joseph, did an awesome job installing the vinyl plank. It looks so good, transforming our home to how we imagined it. He came all the way out to Abbotsford when we were having the most snow and ice we've had in years at the beginning of January. Joseph could easily have used the weather as a reason not to come out but that did not deter him from getting the flooring done on time for his customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This not the first time that we dealt with the store, its staff and installers. In fact our relationship goes back almost 12 years. From carpeting, Laminate floors etc.. the quality of products AND installations is superb. Only this week we had laminate floor installed in a large area off our kitchen, what we term as the TV room and process took a single day. It was seamless, Painless and actually kind of fun.
I am not usually fond of home renovation contractors having found them in general messy, unmindful of time and rarely keep promises. But the contractors working with this store break the mould. They are great.
I highly recommend store and its installers.
