★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a delight to roam the aisles at Home Depot. I got what I went there for 9 out of 10 visits. Great variety of products and solutions to problems, roaming the aisles and browsing products I never knew existed, gives me great ideas for improvement projects around the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to the female sales rep in the tool section for saving the day; you’re an asset to this store. After your apparent manager (Rob?) made sarcastic comments and dismissed me as I tried to select a tool, you swooped in and even found a battery so I could test run and compare models. I hope your managers understand the value you being in offering service to all customers, not just those who fit the look or gender than your manager was serving.

Friendly staff, super easy to use self check out with jumbo touch screens. They also accept tap now for payment. That subway smell on the way out mmmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro desk Mandy has been the best at Langley store. Last 3 times I have been in store I have had 10 out of 10 experience with Mandy. Helped me with order and delivery. Well informed. Recommend dealing with this pro. Home Depot is lucky to have this employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to the Langley Home Depot and the staff in the paint department was FANTISTIC and helpful on top of it all. I have no skills in painting, but the staff members in this department went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Bravo all of you! You provided a true example of what customer service is suppose to be. You have now earned a life time customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had exceptional help from one of your associates at the Langley store. Lawrence Pang went out of his way to help me find the correct water filter for my fridge. He approached me to ask if I needed help and he walked me through how to fine the correct filter. He was friendly and very kind to this older woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I went on Saturday to the Langley, BC Home depot looking to build a net fence for our garden. Scott D. was amazing. He was super kind and helpful. Apart from personally showing me all we asked for, he gave us useful recommendations for building the fence. He is an example to follow for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some associates aren't very helpful. Today I walked in and asked where butterfly screws were and this young guy says a totally wrong isle. Another lady tells me, yea likely in that bay over there. I said can you show me because I don't see them. She says oh I'm not an associate but he can help you ?
Third time lucky...
So I'm not sure what's worse... Saying "I don't know" to a customer or telling them the total wrong location. Your job is to help customers find what they need and to be pleasant... It's not that hard. I wonder if Rona is like this? Time to find out I guess... This is not the first experience I've had here. Frustrating because I love Home Depot products
