This is understandable given the flooding, and damaged infrastructure for shipping, but it would have been better if I had been kept informed of the delays, Instead of having to ask. Other than that the process was perfectly smooth. The delivery team was fabulous. They called right when they said they would, arrive on time and set everything up quickly. They were even conscientious about not letting our indoor cats get outside.

Natalie Pognuyeva the design consultant was so very helpful. She showed us the perfect chair for my mom and took all our information and told us she would talk to the store manager Joseph Meyers. Within a matter of a few days the Langley Lazy Boy and Kitchener Lazy Boy communicated together and I was able to purchase the lift chair and have it delivered to my mom. This was above and beyond excellent customer service. I thank you Natalie and Joseph from the bottom of my heart for helping me get this chair to my mom.

We decided to drop into LaZBoy. We were totally amazed at the selections, the quality and the prices and stock availability. We would also like to mention a remarkable salesperson by the name of Natalie. She showed the true meaning of service. Very knowledgeable of products. Searched best pricing and stayed 20 minutes after closing to finish our transaction. Thumbs up to Langley. PS. Picked up our recliner at their warehouse where we found the service to be exceptional.

I really liked how she showed us only what we were interested in and didn’t try to upsell us on features that we were not interested in. I also liked how Michelle did not pressure us to buy, and in fact she could sense when we needed time to digest information, consider alternatives and just talk among ourselves. She would go away and return in time. A pleasant experience! We are also very pleased with the look, feel and quality of our recliner chairs. Would highly recommend Michelle and the Lazy Boy product.

The process was first class from start to finish right when we walked in the door. Our sales associate Michelle was very helpful informed and dealt with us in a professional and courteous manner. We found what we were looking for as soon as we walked in the door basically and Michelle helped us throughout. Our chair was delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery people were courteous and a very efficient. I love my new Lazy Boy recliner!!

Nancy was there to help us find the perfect fit for our future family. First, she went through their entire selection to see what was in stock, knowing it was important to us to have one to take home right away. We then showed her photos of the space, and she made suggestions on what would look best. Her knowledge of all the options made it easy to choose, including explaining the different types of fabrics that we never took into consideration before. Nancy was so patient as we bounced around the whole store, back and forth, trying each recliner - then each recliner again! We never felt pressured or like we were taking up too much of her time. In the end, we came out with a beautiful and cozy recliner/rocking chair with an added swivel base that we cannot wait to set up in our nursery. It will be the center piece for many memories to come... and one that I will be happy to sink into with a crying little one at 2 in the morning! Their products are top quality and built to last. I definitely recommend asking for Nancy for any of your furniture needs. Even if you don't know what you need, she asked all the right questions and made great suggestions with her decorative eye.
