Employee on shift today did not Care or attempt to provide a solution . Horrible shopping experience. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at another store where they actually care about client retention and customer service. Will never spend another cent at this location. Buyer beware ....

Our last weekend’s trip was quite disappointing though, we picked up our online order and decided to buy a book for our baby too. Unfortunately when we got home, I saw that the book was damaged in two places: ripped inside and had a huge cut on the outside (already taped on the picture). It is too far drive to try to exchange the book, so we will just keep it as it’s not worth the drive. But the staff should check on the quality of toys they have available for people to touch.
