★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone recommended me this store to buy facial shields that you can wear and breath. I bought it online fir picking up in the store next day. I was very surprised to find such a great variety of items one can use even during all these gathering restrictions. Silvia , the owner was very helpful and made my shopping experience delightful. I will be back again and strongly recommend to visit this store to find many great items that can be used without partying. Thank you Silvia for keeping a great job !

Thanks for the help!! Nice, helpful, sweet, and friendly staff... keep it up.. maybe you could teach Party City a few customer service ideas. LOL I have my new party store now!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silvia was amazing!!!! (Aren't all Silvias - lol). She was able to accomodate my last minute request for gift baskets. She had them done in a couple of days. Everyone loves them and the items she hand picked for each one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Party on is awsome! We ordered a balloon arch and bunches of balloons. Their service was friendly, reliable, and helpful. The quality of their supplies is impeccable, and exceeded our expectaions. Their prices were great. They were able to commuicate well. We will definitely be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service spent almost $100 for my parents birthday on balloons and misc items. Went to pick up the balloons walked out of the door and my gold foil number ripped. Turned around went back in and they told me it was my fault I was banging my balloons around and charged me for another balloon - they offered no apology, didn’t help me with my order of
2 bundles. It’s super windy today and they didn’t bother holding the door open or anything. After just moving to Langley I think we will go back to Coquitlam and support the small business there!
