This was my first visit to this clinic since we became patients of the doctor there. My wife scheduled an appointment using their app and it told us to come in today at 12:30-45 for the 2 different appointments. I had to take time off work and my wife did as well so we could take ourselves and our children to see the doctor. We show up on time and my wife checks with the receptionist as the app for some reason was stuck under my sons name when she booked, the receptionist was bewildered and didnt seem to understand what my wife was talking about, then asked for all our care cards, we gave her our care cards and she said it was all good now. 12:30 some other person ahead of us goes in, and Im thinking maybe they are just running behind, 12:50 another person goes ahead of us, 1:05-10 another person goes ahead of us. I go to the receptionist and say we had a scheduled appointment for 12:30-45 and its now 1:15, she looks down at her papers then the computer then back to me and says oh that lady who just walked in goes first then you and your family. so we would have been waiting till 130-145 who knows how long. When I am given a time to be somewhere I expect to get in close to that time, the receptionist looks to have a hard time responding to any questions asked, and seems to just randomly bring people in whenever she wants... This is not how a scheduled system works, anyone else would get fired for giving that poor of customer service, and from the looks of the reviews this has happened numerous times. If you need medical care go to a walk-in somewhere else or even the emergency might be a better option than dealing with that receptionist. To finish the story I ended up just cancelling my appointment as I had meetings booked for work and my wife had to get back to work, and we couldnt wait 1-2 hours to get in to see our doctor that we scheduled an appointment with.

This clinic has so much potential if they had better MOAs... The front staff/receptionist are unfriendly and unwelcoming, whether in person or on the phone. Patients are calling the office with issues and the level of depression in their voices makes it uncomfortable! Dr. Pabani is great if you are seeing him for ONE thing at a time, you cant ask him to check your knee as well if you had booked him to check your shoulder which I think is sad because someone may have more than one issues. Patrick on the other hand.... he is a complete gem!!! If the entire office was being operated like the pharmacy, I believe this place would constantly be 5 stars!!

I would recommend people NOT go here. I only give one star because you can't give 0. Receptionist took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me, and when she did she just said "give me a minute" and kept working on her computer as I awkwardly stood there waiting. She was not kind at all. I had an appointment and still had to wait over half an hour before I finally left because My lunch break was over. I couldn't reschedule because nobody knew where the receptionist was, after she checked the people after me in she left and other people coming in didn't know what to do or where to go. Absolutely awful experience and waste of my time - Now I need to go through the trouble of finding a new family doctor again...

My family doctor recently moved to this clinic and it's been impossible to get any health problems checked out since. The call center literally does nothing when you call. They actually implemented a "tiered" call-center-to-clinic system in which they claim to "pass the message on" to the clinic, but really they do nothing. In my case, I've called four times for three different requests to no avail. Twice to ask them to send a lab sheet, which they replied with the "passing the message on" reply and never did, once to book a virtual appointment, for which I never got a call, and once as a follow up about their missed appointment, to which they again replied with the "passing the message on" line. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment, especially in healthcare where people are already scared and need timely support. Who puts a call center in front or a clinic. They make it so that you could never talk to the clinic directly. Frankly, they should be investigated by the authorities or some regulatory body, because something is very wrong here.

The clinic is great aswell as the doctors definitely would recommend them. Just very disappointing in the receptionist. She never listens I’ve made an appointment the day before for my son and as I’m asking to make an appointment she asks for his name I say his name, she spells only three letters and she goes okay we’ll see you tomorrow so and so time. I come in the very next day for my appointment for my son and I go to check in she asks me his name I say his name and the time of the appointment, she tells me there fully booked I will have to come in another time? Why would I if I made an appointment prior! Definitely recommend the doctors but sadly the customer service of the receptionist is very poor.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM NARINDER CLAIR. Went to Medical school in the Caribbean and has no knowledge of ANYTHING. Kept prescribing me the incorrect medication which I am now addicted to. Even the pharmacist asked me what I am being prescribed this medication for and when I told him my symptoms he said I should have never been prescribed this. Went to two other doctors who said whoever did this should have there medical license taken away and is grounds for a lawsuit. If you want to get feel better, stay far away from this β€œdoctor”. During my last telephone appointment she hung up on me while I was still explaining my symptoms. She said β€œI have other patients if you want to continue you can book another appointment for another day”. I booked an appointment for TODAY. Why would I book another one? Bottom line she doesn’t care for her patients. Isn’t in the medical field to HELP, but rather to prescribe medication to shut you up in the meantime so she doesn’t need to find an actual root to your problem. Just gives you pain killers until your dead. Or gets you addicted to them. Joke of a β€œdoctor” . Absolute trash.

Dr Claire is lovely but the receptionist has no idea what she is doing and is extremely rude! They rescheduled my sons appointment twice and then again 10 min before the appointment while I was literally pulling into the parking lot! When I went in and asked why I was told it was because they booked my sons 6 month vaccination to early when she booked the appointment I asked her if it was to early and she assured me it was fine! I booked the appointment weeks ago and they just figured this out 10 min before!! I took time off work my older son missed karate and I had to pay for a babysitter all for nothing be prepared to be disappointed! I read the reviews before going and decided to give them a try anyways because the drs where good but if I would rate it zero if I could!

Dr. Pabani is an AMAZING doctor and I would never want to go anywhere else. He listens to the patient properly without talking over them and is very caring. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. The only reason I knock off a star is because of the reception/front desk staff. They are so incredibly rude and completely ruin the experience. They do not listen to what you have to say and 9/10 times will reply rudely to your questions/requests. Absolute horrible customer service from them. This is very disappointing as his previous front desk staff were very kind.
