Initially I walked in this clinic many years ago, And Dr.Rezazadah accepted me as new his patient since I had some ongoing shoulder pain after few visits. He is very caring, easy to talk, welcoming, professional, and always answer my question. Recently my throat started feeling weird, to be honest I just wanted to get some prescription, but he asked me to come in, making sure nothing serious. As he doesn't see any issue with microbiology test for Step he referred me to ENT specialist. Although my appt with ENT coming up in a month, again I had to call Dr.Rezazadah asking if he can refer me another ENT so maybe I could see any specialist asap as my throat getting really worse. Dr.Rezazadah said " Why I don't I call another ENT doctor myself see if they can bring you in asap?" So thankful he did it for me, today I have already seen the ENT who is Dr.Mahaja was great too. Regardless the receptionists in Safa medical are not kind or helpful. Doctors are amazing!!! Greatly appreciated Dr.Rezazadah

My 5 stars are for my DR.Rezzazadah. It's great to have a caring, informative Dr. The new office is spectacular but I understand when people comment about front staff. Seem miserable, unapproachable and can be rude (too sick people) who are not well Staff need some training in compassion

does anyone answer the phones here? been on hold for 40 minutes with no response, tried to do your new β€œonline booking” and it doesn’t even work. i’ve been longtime patient here but this is just god awful. super super disappointed, good luck to any new patients wanting to come here i DO NOT reccomend. absolutely terrible service

Overall horrible service all around!! The front end staff was very rude and left me standing in the rain for 15min with a completely empty waiting room. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me, ignored everything I had to say, and handed me a prescription without explaining anything, and walked out leaving me wondering if she was going to come back. I would rather spend 7hrs in a ER waiting room than go back to this clinic!! At least at the ER you will be treated with respect and the doctor will take the time to ACTUALLY help you. If I could give negative stars I would!!

Love Dr. Demian! But trying to get through on the phone is so long with their new answering machine. Waited on the phone and voice telling me I should call back in 5-10 minutes then I was cut off. Tried again later and same thing. Not very personal anymore… receptionists have a long history of being cold and rude. But The Doctors are great …

The new receptionist is super sweet and kind. They used to have a very grumpy and rude one, and I was SO happy to see she wasn’t there today. They have also renovated and the place looks great. I also really like Dr.Rezzazadah. He has always been great to me and my family.

I am a long time patient of a doctor here, who has recently changed clinics over to Safa medical clinic. It was my first time here today and I asked the receptionist if I could get a mask, when I misheard what the receptionist said, she was blatantly rude and spoke to me in a condescending way. When I went to go look at reviews of the clinic to see what other people had to say, I read multiple people say they have had bad experiences with a rude receptionist; the reviews date back to over 2 years ago. This seems like an ongoing trend, and hopefully something is done to make patients feel safe when they enter the clinic.

I met Dr. Bajwa the first today. She was pleasant and friendly. I can't say the same about the receptionists. They didn't give eye contacts nor a greeting. Seems like their personal conversations has higher priority. Perhaps a robot receptionist would probably provide better services than them. At least it won't feel like they don't want me there.
