This place is beyond a dental clinic. Starting from the welcoming and nice front desk receptionist that make you feel welcome and comfortable. The design and the beauty of the clinic makes you feel comfortable and not nervous before the action starts. Very clean and fresh everything. The amazing dentist Dr Mangat is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable doctor. Takes her time in the examination process, explains everything before, during and after treatment. And the results are just awesome. Will always go there and %100 recommend the place. Thank you Ethos Dental Studio

I recommend Ethos dental studio to everyone! They have a passion for teeth unlike anyone else, everyone is very welcoming and willing to help you out as best they can!

Didn’t tell me I had an owing balance for over a year (even though they text me every other month), and then threatened to send me to collections. When I asked them why they would not have told me, the manager stated they were “trying to help people during COVID by causing additional financial stress” by not telling patient they owed money. (I’m not sure why they couldn’t have informed people but then offered a payment plan or delayed payment?) However, because they felt they could make that decision for me, I am now unable to submit the balance to my secondary insurance and will have to pay out of pocket. When I told them this, they said I should have known I owed them something and denied that it was their responsibility to inform patients if they owe money. The clinic says they are trying to avoid causing patients financial stress, but then they give two weeks to pay or it will go to collections? They took no responsibility for the issue which is unfortunate, because up until this point I had a good experience here. This is not a reflection of Dr. Mangats work but rather how the office runs and the overall lack of communication.

Great office! Everyone is so kind and caring. Another bonus is it's super modern and beautiful inside. Lots of parking too, which these days is rare. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family ?

Treatment itself is OK, the problem is the communication. The customer service is bad, they will charge you after a few months! I received a bill after three months and said my insurance did not cover it, and they are going to report it as if I miss the pay. I told them at the time of the treatment please check and they didn't say anything. The biggest problem is that they did not call me to inform, just sent a bill without name on the envolope! I thought it was a spam mail and almost throw it away! Luckily I opened it and if I didn't do so, they will report it and my credit maybe affected because of it, which is unacceptable. I want to know hou much my insurance can cover so I can make decision, but they cannot do it, and it is so hard for me to check because it is all dental coding and I did not know what they charge. So if you have private or company insurance, be careful since you won't know if your insurance will cover it or how much it will cover, and you may get bill months later as a surprise and you need to check every junk mail to ensure you won't miss it! And pay by your credit card, and claim it to your insurance provider is a better option, if you go.

Be aware people and make sure you are keeping track of your invoice and what they are billing to insurance because you don’t wanna be harassed after. They are only nice to you as long as you giving them business; try go to other dental office then they won’t be anymore. So i guess my brother isn’t the only one they were harassing. However, i was ex employee there and worked about 8-9 mths there during the covid time; so my brother had cleaning done there (2020) and at that time he was getting family discount which every dental office does for family. Now in 2022, they are harassing him(texting,calling,letter to put his balance for collection) if he doesn’t pay the amount that he actually had the discount of. When my brother called and told them that when he had the service done he was getting discount but they told him oh your sister was only temporary employee which is not true because i was working part time twice a week how come i wasn’t even aware that i am temporary employee. If he had to pay that 10% he should have known at that time when getting the payment from insurance company why harassing after a year of service. Receptionist gave the same excuse as other people that they weren’t charging due to “covid” situation but person has the right to know if they owe something and will be paying later. I was employee during covid time there even i am not aware of this because everybody was paying the balance at same time so if person had crown done for example would they have just let the patient go without getting balance i don’t think so and if my brother had to pay i should have told too why would i get my brother to be charged for itero scan and photos i wouldn’t have told him to get it done otherwise and saved him some money. One thing is not fair that at that time they were charging to insurance only and if patient insurance didn’t cover the scan they weren’t paying so why the rule is not same for everyone(charged my brother insurance for scan/photos and top of that collected the balance as well) its just simply not fair. Everybody should be serve equally. As long as you are working for them, getting the patients they are happy but once you leave they are not nice to you anymore.

Dr. Mangat's team is fantastic! They are friendly and informative as well as being extremely gentle and thorough. It's rare for kids to be excited about a health appointment, but they look forward to getting their teeth checked every time. 10/10 recommend!
