After coming here, I could immediately feel the release and I could properly shoulder check again! I am 4 months postpartum so I brought my baby with me and Dr. Natasha Smith was awesome with her while she was trying to adjust me with a crying baby. So grateful to have found this place! Highly recommend.

He had colic, purple crying, lactose allergy, feeding issues, flat spot on his head which resulted in him favouring one side of his head and effecting his neck mobility. I was exhausted and desperate for help. Someone recommended a chiropractor and I had no idea a baby could go - wow am I ever glad we went. She helped him SO much. He started feeding properly, immediately after seeing her he would take his bottles better. Then he finally started breastfeeding. She helped with his head shape and neck so he didn’t end up needing a helmet. He improved so much physically and overall was just a happier baby. Now we see her once a month for a tune up and she helps us with meeting milestones such as rolling over and crawling by teaching me exersizes to do at home with him. She is so knowledgeable and I am so thankful we went to her for our boy.

My experience with Chiropractors hasn't been overly positive, however Dr. Ben was very informative, understanding, and very professional when it came to my concerns. His adjustment was helpful (although a little shocking), and I felt immediate relief. I would recommend Dr. Ben and his team at Langley Family Chiropractic.

I have never had chiropractic treatment prior to seeing her and was a bit nervous, but she came highly recommended from my coworkers so I wanted to try another treatment other than physio and massage to treat my lower back pain and shoulder injury. I could not believe the instant relief and release of tension after the first visit. I will be continuing my care with her, highly recommend!! Office is also beautifully designed and staff are lovely!

I was impressed with how thorough her initial assessment was, and how unique her treatment plan was for myself versus my husband and kids. She gives excellent technical advice on at home rehab exercises and other supplemental activities to improve our back posture and overall health. I’ve sent several other family members and friends her way and can attest that they feel the same. Definitely not “canned” experience where you wonder if everyone is getting the same snap crackle and pop. Highly recommended!
A	Alecia Mantei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langley Family Chiropractor is always super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable! I always feel confident in taking my baby there for infant care. We go to LFC for all round care, but Natasha was the first person to pick up on the fact that my daughter may have posterior tongue tie and lip tie at 3 months old (which was missed by another chiropractor and my midwives) she suggested we got to an LC and sure enough that was the issue. Natasha was able to provide us with many resources and help with the after care and we are so thankful. Getting the tongue tie and lip tie released through laser was the best decision we made! We no longer have any issues feeding our daughter and we have such peace knowing it won’t cause dental or speech issues in her future. We would 100% recommend all parents contemplating the procedure get it done. Natasha provides such thorough care and provides insight on so many things beyond expectations.
