★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my family practice for over 15 years, I have maybe seen my actual designated family doctor a hand full of time. Prescriptions are never refilled in a timely manor, notes/info are never correct, and appointments are impossible to schedule. Someone needs to step in and save this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here for years now with all three of my kids. They all seem to really care about our family and take a personal interest in our health. I count myself lucky to be apart of such a great clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is at least one physician at this practice who refuses to prescribe birth control and instead insults patients by insisting on abstinence and distributing pseudo scientific literature about the rhythm method.
Patients should be warned that this doctor is not adhering to the guidelines and standards of the profession and instead chooses to promote a personal religious agenda.
I was shocked that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms has been used to justify such an unethical position and do not doubt that this moral rigidity clouds the physician's judgement on a whole range of other issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this family practice! Scheduling is easy and can be done online which I love! Also I’m usually able to get in for a sameday appointment for my little girls and myself or my husband within 24 hours:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family practice! I have small kids and they always are able to get them in within 24 hours of when I call. The doctors are attentive and pro-active. They also work great with the pharmacy below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Brown is a warm compassionate & Insightful GP, I feel so blessed for the care she has given to my Daughters, & myself since we've been going there since approx 2014! My youngest has felt comfortable going to her, & I'm really happy about that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my baby into the new doctor today and very disappointed. He treated me like I was overreacting and didn't even look at my 4month old when her temperature was elevated. Just looked at her and said oh she looks fine. Didn't do a single evaluation and then said he had no idea when I asked him how she was doing growth wise. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend two of the staff who have done an awesome job. First it was Zen the receptionist who answered the phone when I had to make an appointment. She was so friendly and helpful.
Then Bobbi the RN who I saw at my appointment. She was so gentle and efficient.
I am so pleased with my new doctor, Dr. Aquino and am happy to have her.
