★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brookswood Village Medical: Receptionists are incompetent and rude. Blaming their mistakes and team miscommunications on the patient.. I’ve fallen through the cracks of the healthcare system many times and the fact I left my last doctor for this reason and now it’s happening again just because incompetent receptionists, I could do your job but do it properly… it’s not hard to look through an email thread and realize what’s been going on… now 2 weeks late on responses and your voicemail is full. Surprising huh? Would never get care from these people unless the front staff were replaced. Don’t feel any care from these people. (Photo attached is just from today…. Not even the ones from weeks ago - too personal to share online.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my doctor however the staff are always so short and rude. I don't understand why they make it so difficult, its almost like they get pleasure in NOT helping you. It's like a stone wall trying to see my doctor.
I'm honestly at a loss... I have to go to a walk in clinic almost evey time now, what's the point in even having a family doctor at this rate...? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor here is lovely, patient & always on time. However the receptionist I have dealt with a few times is extremely rude! Laughing at me on the phone telling me not to waste their time- for a simple question about a prescription. Also called me “ridiculous” and that they are too busy. Talking to me in an angry tone is not acceptable- helping people is your job. If you don’t want to be polite and help people GET ANOTHER job!
