I have been coming to see Lisa for the past 8 months and the results are fantastic, most of my treatment areas are complete or nearly complete. She is very skilled and efficient, she gets a lot done in a short period of time. I love the quiet atmosphere and careful attention. She lets you know exactly what to expect and is very helpful. I find the treatments quite tolerable, for most areas I don't need any numbing cream. I highly recommend Lisa!

K	Karime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an updated review now that my treatment is "complete". I had previously given a 5 star review but was not half way through my treatment yet. I chose to go with Lisa for my eyebrows since she had the most experience. I saw her every 2-3 weeks for over a year (13 months!). Overall I am disappointed with the progress that was made. During the consultation, you are told to expect about 12 treatments every 2 weeks and then maintenance after that. I have gone 26 times and still not where I'd expect to be after spending this much time and money on it. I did express my frustration to her, in which she modified her methods to hopefully see better results, but I just couldn't keep spending $100-$200 every time. And when I mentioned that I was told about 12 sessions at the consultation and now I was at 20+, the response I got was that hair takes over a year to go through a full life cycle, which is fine but then why was I told to expect 12 sessions at the beginning? Maybe after telling me 12 sessions and I was at #26 they'd throw in a free session or something, but nope! I spent almost double what I anticipated spending (almost $4000!) and still don't have the results I expected. I couldn't keep going and decided to stop. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a lot of extra money sitting around. It's also extremely painful and unpleasant.
