Uptown Med Spa

I have been getting the pink intimate treatments done for a couple weeks and already see high levels of color correction. I am seeing Genie and she is very sweet, professional and makes you feel comfortable!

I have been getting upper body laser from Uptown Med Spa for close to a year now. My laser technician, Jamie is amazing and ensures that the process is seamless. Being a male wanting to get laser done I wanted to ensure it was done so in a professional manner and comfortable environment. The service I have received from Jamie and the staff at the spa has been just that. I recommend the Langley location and services of Uptown Med Spa to all men and women for their laser needs.

I have been going to uptown med spa for almost one year now for laser hair removal with little to no results. I have told them on multiple occasions that I am not seeing results and each time I am put with a new tech, who I am assured is very experienced and will help with this problem. this has been going on for several months now. Finally about 3 weeks ago, I got a follow up call from one of their receptionists, who was incredibly professional and kind. I explained to her what had been happening and she assured me that she would talk to the manager and get back to me ASAP. When two weeks had passed and I didn't hear anything, followed up and was told that the manager never replied, so she followed up again. The second time she followed up I was told that they would cover the cost of the my next treatment. Please noted I have been paying $200/ monthly for my treatments and this particular treatment was only a $40 service. When I requested that I have them cover one of my regular treatments the manager refused. I asked who the manager was and was told that it is Kristine, same manager as their surrey location. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with her in the past and she is a nightmare to deal with. Extremely rude and unprofessional, so I decided not to talk to her again and instead sent an email to them. I was told that the owner would check my email and respond, that was the only way to contract the owner and not deal with Kristine. I also have not gotten a response to my email. I don't understand how this salon is still running with such poor management and customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone! I wish I had just paid the extra $50 per treatment and gone to someone else, at least I would not have wasted all this money. I have had laser hair removal in the past and know that I should have seen results by now. I have been very consistent and gone when the techs told me to go.

Always great service by my regular tech! Front staff are friendly. Parking is covered. Clean, professional environment. Have recommended to others.

I did micoroneedleing from here before treatment they did not guide me properly about this treatment and she rushed then after this treatment my face become dark and never get cleaned I should’ve not trusted them and now my face is ruined I'm not sure if they will fix this I have pictures of before and after they have a clear difference they have a very poor service and this business takes cash there playing around and ruining faces if they Dont know how to do this treatment so then why are they playing with people and ruining peoples faces

I've been going to uptown med spa for hydrafacials and they always do a great job. My recent facial was done by Jaimee and she used the best products and treatments that were needed for my skin type and skin concerns. My skin was refreshed and hydrated immediately after and I saw an immediate difference with my skin concerns. She added on a brightening serum for dark spots and used blue light therapy for my breakout. Jaimee is also patient and kind and a great person to talk to, I will be going to see her again soon!

I have been going to Uptown Spa for about 4 months for laser hair removal and I always have a wonderful experience. I was quite nervous for my first appointment, especially since I was 17 years old and it was my first time getting laser. However Jamie, my laser technician, was always checking in with me and ensuring I was comfortable. I love the environment and would recommend others to get laser done here as well!

Everyone I've dealt with so far are kind and very helpful. Office and treatment rooms are clean and modern. It's also a bonus they don't charge for parking.
