This is my 2nd purchase from Barnes my first was 6 yrs ago and now I am the proud owner of a 2021 Heritage Classic. My salesman was David Carrier. This young man was a true Gem. He was knowledgeable on what bike would fit me and a few of my challenges. He made sure I was comfortable and more then safe to what I would be riding on 2 wheels. He was honest and trustworthy. He took so much time with me before and even more time after my purchase was completed. His follow up with me has been amazing. I will recommend him and Barnes to Everyone who wants a new or used bike. Thank you David and Barnes for a truly amazing experience.

Just taking a minute to say that my experience with Barnes was great. I was driving by the dealership and decided to go in on a Sunday to have a look at bikes, and get excited for the summer. I met a salesperson named Kate Bennett. She was very helpful and we spent quite a bit of time talking about past riding and what I like/dislike in bikes. Kate provided an excellent buying experience with no pressure. She was very knowledgeable, flexible with her schedule, and made herself available for any and all questions. I went to Barnes Harley Davidson in Langley to look at bikes with the intention of possibly buying one sometime next year. The sales guy I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable about their products. I had thought that I would eventually purchase a used Fat Boy L but after having the sales rep spend almost an hour with me, I was convinced that buying new would make a better decision. He showed me all of their used inventory with my price cap of $17,000.00, but after he discussed the pros and cons of buying used, he took me into the showroom to show me a brand new Soft Tail that I fell in love with. He explained how Harley financing would be a lower interest than buying used and allowed me to consider everything he had said. I fell in love with that brand new bike that he showed me, it was priced at $17,095.00, certainly in the range I had planned to spend on used. The bike comes with a 2 year factory warranty verse buying the unknown on used bikes. He invested the time I required, calculated payments for me with $5,000.00 down over variety of years as options. I decided since it was the last bike of it's kind that was available, to put down a down payment to purchase that bike. I find out tomorrow morning if Harley Financial accepted my deal and cannot wait to find out the result of my application. If in fact they have refused my credit application, I will find another way to purchase that bike, rather than losing it to another buyer. Either way I would like to thank Jordon Ladhar for his professional help and great service. The young man treated me with the level of dignity and respect any customer deserves. Harley approved my financing, Mike their business/ finance manager was a real pleasure to deal with. He went over the extended warranty and Gap insurance program with me and I decided it made great sense and purchased both. I also purchased a new Harley Jacket and Simpson Helmet from them as well. Jordon the sales guy finished off my delivery by going over every aspect of my new bike. Their service, people and the experience were all great. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used motorcycle. They also have an excellent selection of bikes to choose from. I randomly called dealership on Sunday morning around 11am to inquire if they have brand new 2022 Iron 883 motorcycle in stock, Jordan answered phone and inform me that it will be ready for test ride if I bring my gear. I walked in dealership afternoon and he had motorcycle ready for test ride. I bought motorcycle after test ride, Manager Mike took time to explain all paperwork and Jordan explained all details about motorcycle before I rang the bell. 2022 Harley Iron 883 Motorcycle was in my a garage at 6 pm. Great experience overall. This young man Jordan was a true honest sales person. He was knowledgeable on what bike would fit me and a few of my challenges. He made sure I was comfortable. He was honest and trustworthy. He took so much time with me before and even more time after my purchase was completed. His follow up with me has been amazing. It’s my first Harley and I will be back for bigger model soon.

Fantastic experience today. Kate in the sales department is one of a kind, great person and easy to talk with. Feels Almost like she’s just a good friend helping you find a bike. Have been trying to get my hands on a FXLRS for 2 years now. Called in to the dealership early this year and was able to talk to Jordan who immediately was able to take my deposit and have my name for the next FXLRS coming in. I was told to expect the motorcycle in 2 months but it arrived in mere weeks! I could not be happier having my dream motorcycle at the start of the season. Overall I highly recommend this dealership and Jordan who is a great sales rep! Erin from their finance team is also a pro and was able to have my bike financed in one day over the phone.

We were greeted immediately upon arriving at the dealership by Shanna and although the process to trade my Fat Boy and purchase a new Ultra Limited was a little slow, the staff were amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnes Langley. At the end of the day, it was a great experience.
