He pointed me in the right direction regarding paddle boards and I’m very pleased with his suggestions! A great, worthwhile purchase and he helped me find just what I was looking for and then some. Will definitely come to Flaman Fitness in the future!

Not just because of the price, but their customer service provided by their staff is impeccable. I've had the privilege of generally working with James most of the time, and have recently starting working with Patrick at the front. They're knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and don't try to upsell you on anything. They're very transparent with their prices, stocking time frames, and give you solid advice when comparing different products. Flaman Management, your best assets are your customer service team (James and more recently Patrick). Thank you for always creating a solid experience for your community!

James at Flaman Fitness in Langley, not only helped us acquire our home gym, he called around and personally picked up the add ons I wanted from another store! Then, to top it off, with only two days to Christmas, he rounded up a delivery man ( Magnus) that was willing to come on Christmas Eve to install everything.! With the recent gym closures, we are so happy that Flaman fitness, and James allowed us to not miss a beat in our fitness goals.Highly recommend this store!!!
