★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department at Holeshot Langley is probably one of the worst places I have dealt with, they took it upon themselves to install parts without prior authorization, they did not call and let us know progress or findings but rather just call and say everything is ready to go and the surprise you with a bill.
Any mechanic shop calls and asks if it is ok to proceed with repairs. This place just did whatever they like. How do they know people have the money available to pay for the repairs?
And they have really bad manners when they speak to you on the phone. Not sure how they stay in business. I would not recommend this place for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman Al (Alan) and Financing lady Victoria were extremely pleasant to deal with in my purchase of a motorcycle, Al got my motorcycle into the back of my truck and strapped in, all I had to do was sign a few papers, Victoria guided me through that all quickly and easily. Great experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great dealing with Holeshot and Al. Had good communication about getting my bike in, and made the purchase process easy. The entire staff is super friendly and informative when it comes to gear and parts as well. I will be honest that I was hoping for more of a discount or even deal sweetner as it was my second bike purchase from there. After spending $15k + on a bike, with parts and gear I only got a $20 discount on a Helmut…. Regardless- these guys are the true professionals, and they will get you the bike you want/need (even if it’s not in stock, they will try their best).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Holeshot to upgrade my riding gear. The available stock of riding gear here is absolutely amazing. They carry a bunch of different brands at a good variety of price points for everyone. Their team were beyond helpful and very knowledgeable of the gear and helped me pick out exactly what I needed.
Only wish I had visited Holeshot when I was shopping for my new bike and stayed far away from International Motorsports. Live and learn I guess.
Keep up the great work Holeshot Motorsports!!

Brad was very professional, valued our time while still being super friendly and helpful. Have a lot of respect for him as a sales professional. Would hire him tomorrow. Big thanks to Victoria in finance for having all the paperwork ready to go. Great place to buy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 experience and service; between Al and Victoria’s assistance I was able to hold onto and pick up my bike the day I planned on, despite all the issues that came up. The service was prompt and spectacular, anytime I needed to speak with someone it never took longer than two rings to get a response. On top of that, even when having to wait hours for my details, they never made it feel like my presence in the shop had over stayed it’s welcome. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable dealership that’s quick to respond, finds a way around every problem, has staff that go out of their way, and overall just makes an enjoyable experience out of a very stressful situation then Holeshot is the only place you should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with my first bike purchase at Holeshot and thanks for the help from Victoria and Brad, very easy financing process. They even offered Free delivery of my bike all the way from Langley to Richmond which is a life-saver. Lucky me got the brand new 2021 CBR500R, great bike for entry-mid level riders, it is hard to find a bike you like during the inventory shortage.
Looking forward to add more bikes to my garage in the future. ?Maybe I will drop by soon.
