★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer reviews reflect a customer's experience a company's products or services. Based on my analysis of this company’s online reviews, I checked out International Motorsports and purchased a used Harley touring motorcycle.
Purchasing a used motorcycle has risks, especially if the history is unknown as the motorcycle I bought was obtained from an auction. I was not subjected to pressured sales tactics. Kirk answered all my questions and was forthcoming if something was unknown. I was provided ample time to conduct my own research into any potential issues with the bike. Kirk even assisted. This company exceeded my expectations.
Customer reviews can be biased, exaggerated or false. As a professional in the field of forensics, there is a method I use to analyze online reviews for real insight into a business. International Motorsports process of responding to reviews is an excellent example. My method is as follows:
Conduct a search for consumer reviews from multiple sites. The higher the number of reviews obtained, the more accurate the information. Disregard the positive reviews and focus on the negative. Disregard ambiguous negative reviews that don’t support the posting with details of the issue. Fake and exaggerated reviews lack detail.
Look at the negative reviews that relate to specific concerns. Is there a common theme? Does the company respond to the negative reviews with facts? Companies with poor reputations generally don’t respond to negative posts. I noticed that International Motorsports responds to all negative.
Based on all the above, I would recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Jeff was a great experience. My first motorcycle purchase was as smooth as I could have asked. They didn't have the bike I was looking for but was able to make a trade with another dealer on the Island and had it brought over for me. I also grilled him with lots of questions and he was more than willing to offer his opinion and knowledge. I would recommend both Jeff and International to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ International Motorsports are the only motorcycle dealers in and around Vancouver that I would deal with. I have purchased 4 motorcycles from them in the last 5 years. They have the biggest bike inventory, both in Langley and Vancouver. Their customer service is exceptional. The staff is easygoing, very friendly and knowledgeable. James - their sales manager is top notch. He will bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasant experience.
So - if you are in the market for a motorcycle or repairs (see Mike in service), check these folks first, you will be glad you did !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for a Royal Enfield Himalayan, and International Motorsports had a huge selection and I even had my choice of colour. Jeff helped me out with some more information on the bike, and even found a brand new one in a crate they had in red. I came back later that day to pick it up and even had help loading it into my truck. I will definetly be back in the future for anything else I should need, I am very impressed with the quality and riding experience of my Himalayan. Thanks Jeff!

I had the bike delivered to the Vancouver shop and they were another great bunch of guys to deal with. Very helpful and attentive, no pressure and very passionate about bikes. I have no problems recommending either IMS outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been very pleased in my dealings with International Motorsports - Kirk and Zach valued my trade-ins higher than any other dealers were willing to offer and they gave me a great price on my new purchase(s). Kirk was very helpful, never had me feeling rushed and arranged pick up and delivery of my new bikes. The staff in the parts department are knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, and a warranty repair I needed on one of my bikes was dealt with as a priority by the service department even though they were fully booked at the time and short staffed on that day (they took a headlight assembly off a brand new bike they had in stock so I didn't have to wait for a replacement part to arrive - this was very much appreciated). I've purchase three bikes from International so far and am sure I'll be back for more. Oh yeah, they are also the coolest shop around too, with some really unique machines in stock, and the occasional cool musical performances at their sites as well!
