★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to find the right car for myself. Kenny, and Sayeed from the sales team were super helpful. I decided to go for a hybrid and I preordered the car end of last year. When it arrived last week, I was not able to proceed with the sale due to personal circumstances. The sales and finance team were super understanding, and supportive of my final decision. I appreciated their support and understanding and would definitely go back to them in the future when I am ready to get another car. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I dropped off my car, they quoted 2 hours for simple oil change. I'm already here so I drop off my car. After 2 hours, my car was still not ready. The service rep said it would take another 35 minutes. When I expressed my disappointment, the rep just threw the his hands up and said "what do you want me to do?". I have going to this shop for over 4 years. The service has gone downhill. They used to wash cars and vacuum the inside but they don't anymore and their excuse is "COVID". I have taken my car to auto body shops and those shops vacuum. I believe the real reason is cost cutting. That's why they overbook appointments, forcing customers to wait longer.
Update: It has been another hour and the car is not ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this dealership.Worst experience at this dealership. They Quote you different prices and when you actually buy the car the price goes up. and they gave you the worst Interest rate with the Finance price goes 10k up i don't know how. Their inspection before lending the car to Customer was fake as on the second day of buying Volkswagen Tiguan it was shaking while braking. Then they said I have to change the router. So what is the use of Inspection then Chip on windshield. Paid 50k for the car and got a broken car. If you complain they try to be loud and shut you down. Never ever buy used from this place. Worst car buying experience in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Kia Soul had a recall. Made a appointment,had it done today. All went smooth,Isaac was front person. professional,polite,friendly! Waited,enjoyed a coffee. Once done,to my surprise,the car was even washed! Thanks to Isaac,service department and the person who washed my car! Very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My god mother (senior) has been referring friends and family to Applewood Kia for decades. In addition she has owed several Kia throughout her lifetime and Applewood Kia have treated her Royal.
In recent i got a 2022 Kia Rio (my first new car), so I didn’t know what to expect. What was important to me was my monthly payment and Applewood Kia did their best to accommodate.
Although they couldn’t meet my payments because I wasn’t able to put any $ down on the car so I can’t complain yet appreciate!!!
However, i stumbled into a minor issue which was something personal, unexpected and got the best out of me feeling frustrated and anger.
I called Tyler George (general sales manager) he listened and quickly resolved the issue I had in matter of minutes without hesitation.
Tyler George went above and beyond to provide the best customer service in this competitive world.
No one is perfect and mistakes can happen but to have a company along with positive staff members like Tyler George, Applewood Kia certainly stands by customers and I am one of them.
I would not hesitate to recommend and refers others to Applewood Kia to anybody that is looking for expertise in new or used vehicle.
