I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe from Absolute Motor Cars. I had a very good experience dealing with Edgar & his team. Everyone is professional & easy to talk too. We had an issue with the car soon after purchase, it was resolved immediately. I will definately be going back to this dealership for services & future purchases.

My wife and I just financed a 2017 Sante Fe from Absolute Motor Cars and we are very satisfied with our experience. Sales Manager Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. We never felt any pressure during our experience and I could tell that Michael wanted to help us make the best decision. Dealer Principal Edgar was also very helpful in getting the best financing rate and made sure we were leaving happy with our purchase as promised. I would recommend giving Absolute Motors a visit to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I’m looking at $12,000 of repairs 2 months after purchasing a $16,000 2015 Santa Fe from Absolute. I was pressured into the sale, hung up on multiple times, and received no real help from them. I completely regret doing business with them. The sales process was okay. Very friendly and all until we signed. Of course they were pressuring us to buy on the spot, even though they were about to close. Looking back maybe we should have been more suspicious of how quickly they wanted to get this done. We called afterwards to get a copy of the inspection report (which they could not find at the time of sale, another tell tale and mistake ok our part). They were super rushed on the phone and more than once hung up on us. I was definitely worried at that point. They told us the car was in great condition and would last for years. Less then two months later the entire engine FAILED (bought on May 7, engine failed on July 2). The car literally shut down while we were driving. We got the car to one Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the engine failure. Then we called Absolute, who asked us to bring the car to another dealer because they “have friends there”. $1,000 in towing and diagnostics later, that other dealer could not do anything more for us. Finally we called back Absolute, who on the third call, after hanging up on me once or twice more, tells me all they‘ll do is “try to get me a good price” on installing a new engine. Perhaps, despite all the rude manners and pressured sale, they didn’t know about the failing engine and the offer to find and sell me a new engine was an honest offer for help. But that’s just not enough. I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Purchasing a used car must be high on the list of stressful, anxiety-producing financial tasks. I was fortunate to have spied the car I wanted on Craigslist and followed up with a call to the number provided. It was Michael Woo, Sales Manager at Absolute Motor Cars who answered. Michael worked with me to receive the Absolute best price possible (pun intended). Truthfully, car buying is not something we do often. Michael made the experience not only stress-free, but extremely rewarding as well. The pristine state of the used car purchased is easily mistaken for a new model. I am very happy with the service i received from Edgar and Sean. We did alot of the paperwork before i got there. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Limited. There were a couple sensor lights that he wrote in the contract he would fix at no cost to me. He also saved me quite a bit of money the more we talked the more money I saved which I greatly appreciate. When I was driving the vehicle home I opened the moonroof and it stopped working luckily for me it was a dry night out long story short Edgar assured me that he would fix it at no cost to me. Right now that’s exactly what’s being done they had to replace the whole moonroof and he’s paying for all of it. I have bought many cars from used car dealerships and I’ve never experienced the service that I did at absolute. I highly recommend Edgar and Sean and their whole team . Everybody knows it’s scary buying a used car but I feel that Edgar is honest and he’s demonstrated that to me throughout the whole process.
