Surrey Honda

This is a great place to get your car serviced but not a good place to buy a new vehicle. I was in today to get a new Pilot. The sales person was least interested. He was more interested in completing sales updates on his system. He even called another person with whom I talked earlier in Dec, he came and was least interested in taking it further. I wanted to trade in my crv and asked him for a trade in value, he was reluctant and then he said someone came to him yesterday with a crv 2020 and the trade in value for him was -2000. And he said you will get the same value. Every car is different, at least he should have gone and inspected the vehichle. Anyway, overall it was a very underwhelming experience with an unenthusiastic and disinterested sales person. I’ll prefer taking my business elsewhere.

UPDATE: four months after purchase, my experience has been terrible. Sure enough, like all male dominated industries, the staff at surrey Honda took advantage of the fact that I am a woman by scamming, and continuing to try and scam me with several things. The tires that came with the car were not great, so when I purchased new ones I was informed that the break pads were dangerously low. I told the tire people what they should have been at (based on the paperwork that came with the car) and they showed me the difference. When I bought the car they tried to sell it to me with a broken side mirror casing, and it took them four months to fix the problem because the parts were never order. During the paperwork the insurance girl made a mistake so I find out months later that I’ve been getting charged extra, and they wouldn’t refund me the difference from their mistake. Who knows what other problems will arise, but I will definitely not be going back to Surrey Honda. . . . I’m not a huge fan of car dealerships, however my experience with Maria was very positive. She helped me find a car I was excited to drive, and helped me get an affordable option that fit my budget. There was a minor flaw on the car prior to purchase so it was arranged to be fix. When I brought the car in for the repair, Chris was incredibly helpful from start to finish. His standards for quality are fantastic, and he was not happy with the final result as it wasn’t 100% (he showed me and I agreed), so he arranged for it to be fixed to meet Honda’s high standard of quality. Over all I am happy with my experience.

Visited this dealership on Good Friday 2022. The Product Advisor, Taran, was very kind, patient, and very polite to me. She answered all my questions. She let me test drove a new 2022 Civic Touring and 2019 Accord with manual shifting. I appreciate her trust in me for test driving, especially to drive a manual shift. I greatly enjoyed both test drives! An hour before I visited this dealership, I stopped at a dealership that was very rude to me, so I especially appreciate how welcome Taran made me feel as a customer. I would recommend anyone to visit this dealership for a great car shopping experience!

If you are shopping for a car make sure you ask for Jessie! He is super friendly and down to earth and answers everything you ask with confidence. Recommended me a car that was a perfect fit for my needs and set me up with a plan that works for me. Definitely an asset for Surrey Honda!

Ricky, the Delivery Specialist, was terrific and while our mother was daunted by the new tech as she upgraded from an older model Honda Civic to a 2022 Civic, he handled the entire situation with tact. Lisa, in Finances and Harry, in sales did a great, professional job and Manager John also made things go smoothly. The level of professionalism, and patience was impressive and appreciated. This is one of the worst places to deal with. Everyone is so so unprofessional and are least concerned once you book order with them. They won’t provide you any update on your booking and would be least bothered even if the booking ETA is pushed by 6 months. I ordered a black color Honda Civic 2022 and was settled with blue after delay for 3 months. My car windshield had a crack after 1 month and as a first time buyer i had least idea how to get it repaired. I paid huge chunks for extra protection at the time of purchase and when i went there with my windshield problem, all they said is they cannot help and have no idea if they extra protection covers that or not. This is totally frustrating. They have 0 sense of professionalism and are just concerned with their sales. I am not sure how they have so many reviews, probably paid because the service I received was 0 star. Please start valuing your customers.

We had a very nice experience at Surrey Honda. Being a first time car buyer, I was very confused about the entire process initially, but Mr. Jupiter Sharma, the sales person, made it very easy and smooth for me. He gave me honest advice on different car options. At the time of purchase, it was already very late for the store to be closed but he didn't rush at all, and gave us all time we needed to make the purchase. On the day of delivery and even after my purchase, he was sure to answer any questions I had. Overall, everyone was very helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend this location if you are planning to get a Honda. They will make sure you have the best experience and a hassle free purchase.

We had a really great experience with Surrey Honda all thanks to Maria. She's very helpful and really took care of us until we drove our newly bought car. She's honest, approachable and goes out of her way to give us the best experience. There are times when we said that we want to view the car again, she went back to the dealership even though her shift was over and accommodated us dearly.
