M	Mohammad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is really clean and safe. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a great place for my kid to spend half a day here on the weekends. Especially when it rains outside.
S	Sandra Cotrim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent closed play area for a rainy day. Cheaper than some options, but much smaller too. Also, lots of toys/rides need $1-$2 to play for a few seconds (maybe 1 min), so cost goes up. There's not much variety in what to do, a small play area for younger kids with a small slide, and a slightly bigger section with 2 slides for the older kids, so they'll basically go on the same slide over and over, or ask to spend money on the paid rides. Also, if you don't bring your coins from home, they will charge you $12 to get $10 worth of coins. In the end, you'll probably spend as much as the bigger/more expensive places out there.
B	Bec andbru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here last Friday and ended up leaving after 20 minutes. Two staff members who sitting at the front talking and on their phones the entire time while ALL children there at the time had their socks off, were climbing up the slide and not wearing masks at anytime. One child (he told me he was 8) literally came up to me and said ‘see, even though there are signs saying we need to keep our socks on and to not climb the slide, we are all doing it right in front of the cameras and they don’t care’.. Another child (age 2) who happened to be this 8 year old’s cousin was alone the entire time (also climbing up this slide continuously) while his mother just sat on her phone at the tables at the front entrance. She couldn’t even bother to turn her body to face the play area. My son who is younger was playing in the baby section and another child showed up (probably 6-7) kept running up the little slide where my son (19 MONTHS) was playing and kept jumping over and being right in my son’s face. I asked him to stop many times and to give him space as he is just a baby and he is playing here and he continuously kept doing it. His mother was literally sitting directly behind me and did nothing at all. At that point I grabbed my son and left. I am completely disgusted with the blatant disregard of literally everything from the staff members, and how clearly they do not care that others were not following the rules. Clearly their conversation with each other was far more important than everyone’s safety. I will never be going there again and I suggest no one do so either.

I didn't see any "supervision" from the employees so I'm assuming if children are breaking rules or being unsafe then oh well it's on the parents if they're not paying attention either. There seemed to be more than enough workers but they were all at the front of the store. The amount of people in such a small place seemed high for covid times and a lot of little ones didnt have masks on since they are under 5 but there also more than a few kids who I'm sure were over 5 not wearing masks as well. Just not a whole lot to do except climb the playground and go down the slide which I would much rather do at the park. Not worth the money in my opinion, unless it is a rainy day and you need a place indoors to play

I wasn't too sure and was hesitant at first but I gave it a shot. It was a great experience for my kids and I. the employers were very nice and helpful. They made sure all the rules are followed by the kids and the adults. They were also very alert when things go out of hand. Really recommend this place, if only new York have a place like this! Good job!

So nice and friendly. Clean that is really important to me, everywhere clean made me so happy. And they even clean and wipe around, love that!Have locker to put my stuffs. My toddlers were so happy running around everywhere plus pretty safe for her to go without me when I am too slow, so much fun for the whole family even me and my husband had a good time and good exercise too.. hehehe.. Pretty happy with the price, really reasonable! So see you again soon
s	selena d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place for kids! My 6 year old has a blast here, he can spend hours running up and down and through everything. My 2 year old loves it too, but he's not quite ready to climb up the big fixtures, I only wish there was a little more for "babies" to do there, other than the small blocked off section. Will still be back either way!
