★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 days after having my car inspected by Surrey Honda and being told everything was great my check emissions warning pops up.
I call and let them know this and they say it will cost me another $100 to just have my car looked at even though not even a week before I was assured it was fine.
It's bad enough paying Honda's overpriced rates but this is just ridiculous. Save yourself a headache and don't waste your money here on inspections

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I went there for an airbag recall change. That was done fine, I have no complaints. However, my little handle in the interior for the hood was now missing. I know it was there before because I had purchased the car recently from previous owner and I had checked little details like this and had popped hood as well. I complained and got no admit of fault. Whatever, I let that go because some things are just not worth arguing over.
Fast forward to this year, I decided to give it potentially another go and email the place about a service inquiry, the website kept dropping an error to my original email yet took my secondary email just fine, and received an automated response, yet no reply and it's been weeks.
My guess is they have my main email blocked because they do not want to take any responsibility for what happened the year before. Petty, because I had no intention of bringing that up, and I was hoping one bad experience with this place would not ruin it for forever. Now I can definitely say I will not go here if this is their attitude to customer inquiries.

They charge a lot. I did it for half the cost in another Honda showroom.
I don't know whether the problem with management or the technical team.

Service department seems nice, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very quick. However...unlike basically every other dealership they do not wash your car nor do they vaccum it. Also asked them to replace one side marker bulb and then they proceeded to change both bulb without informing me, claiming the other one would go out too. It was nice they thought of the other side going out soon too, but they need to let the customer know before going against their wishes.
All they give you is a car wash voucher - which by the was is the second to bottom tier at Speedwash ($12 retail value)... I can't even vaccum my car if I wanted to, so technically you get a "wash" only at this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer representative was knowledgeable and friendly, showed us our options for service and also added a free wash(not sure if everyone gets it?) too. Pretty close to Guildford mall so we went there for time being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chance to interact with Cole Roman.He works in service department. He is such a great guy. We have experienced best customer dealing so far. For past 10 years, we have been to different dealerships and this is my first time experience with Honda. This interaction with Cole made me realize that this is an excellent dealership and he explains true quality of customer dealing. Quality and customer dealing with Cole made me believe that one can have peace of mind after having dealing with Honda Surrey.
