Joe and his team are exceptional at customer service and communication. They always make you feel at home and let you know what your car needs and then let you make the decision.
Having spent thousands of dollars on repairs across my cars, I know going into their place that they’ll do honest work and will do what they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't get any work done here (as I will explain) but was impressed with the mechanic I spoke to and how transparent he was. I live in Vancouver but was looking to get some specific tires in Surrey at Premier next door, and was recommended by Chris for an alignment. The guy I spoke to was super understanding and when I explained why I needed the alignment, he told me to take it to a mechanic over in Vancouver to check it for any steering problems before coming over to him (and getting new tires at the place next door) as he suspected something might be up. I really appreciated being given a heads up about something no other mechanic had mentioned (I had rung around a fair bit for advice and quotes before this) when he could have just taken the extra business in Surrey. Thankyou mystery mechanic! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up at the place to talk about getting repairs to my vehicle. Talked to fellow at counter about repair I wanted. Would not do the repairs because I was supplying my own parts. These parts were dealer suspension parts or top of the line replacement parts like moog parts. The reason he gave for not wanting to do the repairs is because of the parts he did not buy so there would be a liability. First of all liability on factory parts or top of the line aftermarket parts give me a brake. Now as for what he said liability falls on the parts them self not him unless they are installed wrong . What the problem with this place is he could not sell you the parts and make 25 to 30 % mark up off you or more. Good shops are 25 or 30 % I knowing this being a mechanic and owner of my own shops before. Any shop refusing to do your work is a money grab on the parts and usually of shore parts and not as good . I always supply my parts so I no what I'm getting . Rick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girlfriend's car broke down just before the long weekend. Had it towed there. They were obviously busy, but Joe and Saul worked overtime so that she could have it back for the long weekend. They had the car ready Friday by 7 pm. They seemed honest, gave me a good price and were very experienced and knowledgeable.
