Bought few items from him.
Very knowledgeable. Had issue with
a stove, called him and was repaired promptly.
Billy is a qualified red seal appliance repair and also has all his certificates like handling refrigerants.
Nice guy to deal with. Also wide range of appliances in stock. If he doesn’t have it.
He will try to find it for you.
I have boughten a entire kitchen set from him,
Will continue to buy items from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an LG washer from Billy he said it worked. Arranged for shipping to take home.
Found out it does not work. Called Billy he tried to convince me issue was normal. Called LG Canada who confirmed issue required repair. Offered Billy to fix he said just bring it back. Have a real issue with the lie that issue is “normal”; washer was stuck in spin cycle for 2 hours Billy said it was normal?? And he expects me to arrange shipping again. WASTE your money at your own risk.
