Just had my freezer with a plugged drain serviced by Ken. Very knowledgeable and really quick. One of the best in-home services I've ever received. Now all of my appliances, should they need a watchful eye, will be under the scrutiny of Ben's.

We ordered all of our Whirlpool appliances through Ben's Appliances in September 2020. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, over the range microwave. We came to an agreement on price and to start with we were charged the incorrect amount, we had to go back and request the invoice be fixed and credit issued. We knew there may be longer lead times due to the pandemic. We found out the over the range microwave would be months before Ben's would have it available, so we sourced it elsewhere. A couple of months later we were told the fridge we ordered, double door french style would also likely be "months", but they could not provide definitive dates. Just "months", we were offered a single door style of same fridge, they provided a credit for accepting this alternate fridge that somehow just magically appeared in their warehouse, my best guess is they made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. Our dishwasher arrived with a dented front panel. We were told no problem, they would reorder the panel and replace. 9 months later and nothing. My mistake for waiting so long, believing they would actually do what they had promised. I have now gone directly to Whirlpool, who thankfully stand behind their product and service. Using the serial number and our invoice Whirlpool have no record of Ben's appliances ordering a replacement panel. Whirlpool have replaced the panel with one of their service techs. We have heard from Ben's service tech, apparently we have not been forgotten, yet still no answer on when they intend to replace the panel. Horrible customer service, don't return emails or phone calls. Highly recommend doing your research and save yourself the disappointment, frustration and aggravation and purchase elsewhere.

Ben's sales staff were very knowledgeable & able to complete the sale over the phone. Price was right & they had the laundry set we wanted in stock. Installation went very smoothly, they arrived on time, were professional & efficient. Ben's was highly recommended to us & we surely agree.

We had a good experience. We ordered a Bosch dishwasher at a great price with quick delivery. The installation crew were friendly and efficient. The dishwasher fits better than others we have had in the same place and is so quiet that at first it was hard to believe it was running.

Have used Bens for a number of years and recently needed service for the freezer section of our refrigerator. Service tech (Matt?) came by to see the issue then back the same day with part to fix. Followup to clear drain promptly and well handled. Highly recommend.

After my washing machine died I contacted Ben’s to enquire about a new machine. My questions were answered promptly, great suggestions were made and an online payment link was sent. The next day I had my new washer installed by an extremely friendly, tidy and helpful team. The pricing was very competitive and the service was the best experience I have had in years. Highly recommend Ben’s Maytag!
