I got to fully test the sound bar at the store by pairing it to my phone and sampling a few songs. The guys genuinely wanted me to be happy with what I was buying. The first sound bar we opened had a minor surface defect and without question or hesitation they simply opened a different box. I like these guys. I live in North Vancouver but won't hesitate to drive out there to get great service at very reasonable prices.

Got a great price too. Delivery guys were also professional. Appliances come with 1-year New Country in-home service but none of the original manufacturer warranty. We had a issue with the fridge. Vansh was very responsive via text and the next day a service tech was at our home and fixed the small issue easily.

R	Rachel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, can't express how much I'm disappointed to this company. We purchased a fridge, washer and dryer early this year. The fridge was making a weird sound at the moment we got it. So we have asked for a new one. When the delivery guys came into our house to replace the fridge to a new one, they broke our entrance ceiling light. We've been kindly waiting for them to replace it, but they are not taking any actions. We have spoken to their salesmen, and the manager, Anne. It's been already 8 months talking to them over the phone and emails. YOUR COMPANY SAID YOU WILL BE GETTING US THE SAME MODEL OR THE SIMILAR ONE. I don't know why it's taking this long. 2022.04 Update: Still haven’t heard any. Please avoid this company.
