★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balwinder (Binny) was very patient and thorough when showing my wife and I all the options available for the range we were purchasing, showing good knowledge of the products and the features of each range. We got an excellent price and when they delivered the range they were fast, careful and thorough in removing all packing materials and cardboard and installing the range in kitchen. They even took away the old stove! Very happy with stove and will definitely purchase future appliances at Premium Appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Whirlpool Fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave. Still under manufacturers warranty. Fridge was missing leg leveller and had to wait several weeks to have one mailed to us. Range knob was defective ( foil covering flaked off) we are still waiting for replacement. Dishwasher leaks at door. Have had service technician in once and now waiting for service technician to return. Water damage to floor and kick plate. Have confirmed from service technician that water leak is not from incoming water line or discharge hose but faulty manufacturing. Spent over $5000.00 on these appliances and wouldn’t recommend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Premium Appliances both Abbotsford & Chilliwack for being so easy to deal with.We needed a new kitchen range but they made such a good deal we ended up with a new microwave as well. There was one small glitch which they were more than happy to make it right & the delivery man was very helpful to my husband on the instillation of the microwave. They had inventory in stock & was delivered two days later.Would highly recommend them to my friends & family.

Including extra mile of giving much more effort to obtain information verbally and printed about product. Delivery was done yesterday for Whirlpool stackable units and polite delivery and respectful manners from the time of days involved to finale sale. Surrey Location was the service. Thank You.
