It was a great experience to shop on line with Canadian Appliance Source. Very convenient and our salesperson was extremely helpful. We were shown lots of fridges in different makes with the features we wanted and were able to pick one out. Thanks Christina!!

Have purchased a new cooktop. Started the online chat to see if they would price match a competitor and the salesperson, Arvinder, quickly responded and worked out a deal. Follow up to complete the sale has been quick and efficient. Still awaiting item to come in stock but I was advised of this before purchase. So far a good experience.

Friendly knowledgeable salesman…..excellent price. Home Depot had the same washer for the same price and cheaper delivery but CAS was able to deliver one sooner. The delivery crew were polite and efficient even taking away the packaging

Great experience overall. From the initial point of contact with the online chat, in communicating with Corey, the interaction was fantastically efficient! Corey answered my MANY questions, was responsive to my emails and returned calls as promised. I was totally impressed. A wonderful experience and much better than calling a branch and being dismissed and offered things that I did not want. CAS should have Corey train ALL representatives. Corey has been great. The delivery of my appliance was seamless and the gentlemen made sure our appliances were fully functional and stable before leaving. They operated with the most polite and pleasant service.

We were extremely pleased with our dealings with CAS. Not only did they have the freezer we wanted in stock (this is rare right now), they delivered it 2 days later and right on time. Purchase & delivery arrangements were all done online so it was very convenient & safe (considering current covid issues). We will definitely deal with CAS again.

We worked with Christina. She was very professional and helpful. She gave us a better deal than we found anywhere else and did her best to make us happy. We haven't got our fridge yet but I am sure we will love it. We will go back to them for future appliances. Thank you Christina.

0/5. I usually don't care to write reviews, but I wanted to save everyone else the headache of dealing with this company, its managers, and its workers. If you are looking for appliances DO NOT purchase from this store, no matter how appealing the discounts may be. My family ordered appliances here for our newly renovated kitchen last year- and we are still waiting for them. The biggest area of concern is the lack of communication. Initially, we were told that our appliances would arrive in 2-3 months and an approximate date was given. We returned a second time and were told it would be another 2-3 months. Eventually we got the stove top (that we had to pick up on our own even though the workers told us we would be getting free delivery), and had to wait for the other appliances. We waited and returned to the store again this week-only to be told that are appliances are going to be delayed even longer. The customer service is VERY poor. We were told, by the managers and staff, that we would be getting phone calls and tracking updates about our order- did not happen. A lot of promises were made and not followed up on. Additionally, one of the workers was verbally aggressive towards a family member- saying they will "punch" him because he simply asked for help loading an item in the car (my mother, who has medical conditions, ended up having to lift the heavy item by herself). We have tried negotiating with the customer service representatives and managers, in regard to our appliances, but they end up arguing and yelling at us. Plus, they are not willing to compensate for the delay- but tell us we need to finance our appliances that are not even here yet...? Overall, very unprofessional behavior was displayed here. We regret buying with this company and wish we would have gone somewhere else for a better experience.

(Online experience with delivery/in home set up, stacked washer dryer) Super easy ordering with knowledgeable staff. Arrived within 4 days. Provided a window and instructions for install requirements were almost over communicated. Install was fast!! Super kind and knowledgeable installers. No damage whatsoever. Appliances in great condition. Love love love.
