We thought we were buying a pretty high end appliance package from a reputable, local company. Boy, did that go south fast! Months ahead of our move, we bought a 5 piece set of matching Jennair appliances. Everything went well and they showed up on time. That's when the problems started. First, after we noticed some issues with the oven door, Trail set a technician who reported the entire range was "bent" and not salvageable. Of course, Trail said they would replace it. After weeks of calls between Trail and Whirlpool (Jennair parent company), we finally get a replacement scheduled. During this time, the circuit board burnt out, the oven ceased to function and the ignitors all failed. Also during this period, the microwave (the expensive drawer model) failed. A technician came for a service call and said he would order the parts but weeks later, we've heard nothing. More than a month after the original delivery, a replacement range is delivered. Once the delivery guys set in in place and leave, I begin a thorough inspection. Right away, I see the oven door is tilted. It doesn't close all the way and is well away from the gasket. Probably not the best for a gas oven. Another "bent" range! I call Trail and I'm told that they'll check stock and replace it again. So, another few weeks without a stove... I ask for escalation, a manager, anyone to listen to our plight and I receive promises of a call back that never happens. Five weeks after original delivery and we have no stove and no microwave. But we have a fridge to store the food we can't cook and a dishwasher to clean the dishes that never get used! I guess it's 'mea culpa' for trusting that spending a lot more for appliances would get us better quality and service...

Great support from my product specialist T.C. Kasikci. He was so knowledgeable about requirements, fit and delivery path. The support and delivery teams were fast, knowledgeable and very helpful too. When we had a issue with one of the seven appliances I purchased, Trail support took care of every thing and got me a new appliance without any hassles. So happy with my appliances and they look great in the space. Thank you Trail appliances!

Worst customer service and arrogant manager. Did not properly disclose to us the details of the stove we purchased. Upon talking to them about our dissatisfaction, the so called "manager" was very rude and arrogant. He even tried saying we were being racist, even though we were of the same ethnicity as the manager and nothing racist was said or even implied. Worst customer experience in Canada of my last 25 years in this country. DO NOT GO HERE.

What we appreciate about Trail is their sales staff, and Kash just took our sales experiences up a level. Very knowledgeable, low pressure, respectful - we had a discussion regarding our appliance needs and never felt as though he was giving us a sales pitch. Nice to meet you, Kash - we hope we get to meet again.

This has to be the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. We received a new fridge a Whirlpool fridge. It was damaged and not working correctly right from the day we received it. Trail won't help us and said we have to deal with whirlpool??? Endless calls with whirlpool and service technicians and still we have food in our fridge that's going bad and no working fridge! This should be trails responsibility from day one to make sure that we are happy customers. If I was you guys go by from Costco, Canadian Tire Home Depot or somewhere like that, at least they'll return it if there's a problem!

We ordered a Fridge online. We got the wrong size completely our own fault even when they confirmed the details. They were so kind about taking it back right away. Helping us find the right size, still it did not work out and they fully refunded us with no fuss. 100 recommend the customer service is amazing
