Had picture if product I wanted, sales person said she cannot do anything without model number, however she appeared very knowledgeable with customers in front of me as to model numbers, products and even numbers which have changed ( she recited 2 different model numbers to show changes to customer). Came home, sae product available online and almost $100 dollars more at Reliable parts than if I order from manufacturers....Also, asked a very simple question she would know with experience, my answer very abruptly was "I don't know, ask a plumber". My question was "can I attach a longer hose to the faucet connecter". Will not be returning, or recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with the man in the Surrey store a couple of times. The first time was out of desperation as two other parts stores were not even interested in my problems of getting a dishwasher gasket on a machine that showed no model number. They told me it was impossible to help me unless I could provide a model number. This guy knew immediately exactly which one I needed and it worked perfectly. He knows his stuff and that saved me the cost of a new machine. Today my pre-90's dyer belt broke. I had no luck finding the model number online as it is probably long since obsolete. I walked in there with the belt number and he knew exactly which belt it took and I had it installed in minutes when I got home. He's great and even knew the original manufacturer and was familiar with the quality of the machine. Can't say enough good things about this supplier and it is getting really hard to find people that have such a knowledge base to actually help keep the older machines going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This parts store is located inside Trail Appliances Surrey. Consistently helpful and friendly. Answered my questions in a simple phone call. Third time using them, another time was a part that had to come from the warehouse. Took a couple of days. I knew my appliance name and model numbers both times. The first time was for the Blender. Easy and Thanks .....
