A	Asha Murali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store, but operated by bunch of unprofessional associates. Went for tyre repair, wait for one hour to get the repair work done. Payment made at the counter and the associate told me that I’ll get my car and keys on the parking lot. I went to the parking lot no one was there except my car. Called back the store and the same associate told me that the keys are on the counter. Requested her to send the keys to the parking lot which she refused and I’m not aware what repairs they have done. If possible avoid this store for car related works. HR manager should get fired for hiring irresponsible team members.
s	sk kkangg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location in surrey is an absolute no. The customer service is trash and when you require some assistance in a department or isle, no one shows up. I went to grab paint and bought it with no knowledge being given from a team member regarding the policy. This location needs to be more organized and THERE for their customers, supposedly the “manager” there is the only one that knows everything but none of the staff does?. Not only me having an issue i noticed two others not satisfied with the assistance that wasn’t given, or explanations of there questions. Without any argumentation the manager really didn't explain on why i couldn’t return unopened paint tins. Overall i will not be purchasing anything from this store ever again.
P	Phuong Pham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and Dishonest. I just moved to BC and came here to do safety inspection as required by BC law. The first output from the inspector (also a decorated mechanic there, I saw his face, his name, his awards all over the place) was: my car did not have Day Running Light and my license plate bulbs were out. I knew for sure my DRL was working, I just used yesterday. When asked if I could bring my car somewhere else and have the car reinspected, the mechanic rechecked and told me he "forgot" to turn lights on. But my license plate bulb were still out and insisted I needed to fix things at the store, otherwise, I would have to pay for him to reinspect everything if I brought my vehicle out of the store. I got quoted $80 to have my bulbs replaced. At first I didn't know how complicated replacing the bulbs were, but after a quick google search, I realized it took no more than 3 minutes to pop out the caps, unplug old bulbs and put in the new ones. Charging $80 for such simple procedure is absurd. But it was too late, the mechanic came back in 5 minutes and told me he is already done. When confronted with overcharging, he reduced the labor cost to $50. I completely lost my trust for this shop, and felt very very ripped off.

With global warming and spring fast approaching, I can monitor for murder hornets, wasps and weird beetles (great suggestion on the magnifying lens). I also refresh the small inert non-gassing glue box kept by the organics, because who knows? Thanks to you, I do. And I saw you had an excellent selection of cleaning supplies, so I will be back.
S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has some surprising things and most gadgets and sport, cooking, building, painting, etc. equipment. Basically everything except a portable washer. When looking for what i wanted there were expensive things out of my budget but i was able to find a good priced item. So id say i appreciate everything they keep at affordable prices.

I asked a bunch of employees to help only to have all them say I can't help you. Finally I found a manager who opened the cage but after he opened it he told me to wait in a line next time. I realize the car department was busy but anybody could have went to the person with the key so they could have opened the cage. And the manager could have been professional and not egocentric by simply just opening the cage. A real leader is always willing take on any task. And a good employee is capable of taking initiative when needed.
