β β β β β So I've been looking for an AKAI EA-A7 Equalizer for about 4 weeks now, and I am relatively new to the audio game. I saw on YouTube a nice equalizer that I thought would look amazing in my set up. So after looking online and seeing the ridiculous prices I looked locally to no success. Fast forward 4 weeks and I am in the area where Innovative is located so I decided to drop by and see what selection of equalizers they have thinking that its a longshot they will. I asked one of the staff members whether or not they have anything else and he asked me what I was looking for exactly. I told him an AKAI equalizer. He told me that someone had literally just dropped one off and he went to see if its the one I was looking for and it was (what are the chances of that!). The team quickly ran a test to see if the equalizer worked and it did. I was then given an amazing deal on the equalizer. Saying that the staff at Innovative Audio made my day is a severe understatement. Highly recommend anyone that's looking for quality vintage audio equipment to take a look here. Great Staff, Great Prices, Great Experience 10/10.

The staff is very friendly and courteous, they go above and beyond when it comes to repairing your equipment that you bring in. Great prices on new and used vinyl ranging in decades and pressing. All around the best audio store to go to in the lower mainland.

β β β β β Needed a new cartridge and they took care if it quickly and professionally. Was great to walk around the store during the wait. Lots of vintage gear, records, cds and even 8-track tapes.

β β β β β 3 months ago I bought myself an Technics SL-D2 turntable from here, then not long after I bought a Pioneer SX-950 receiver, and to top it off I also picked up a pair of JBL L220 speakers. Now after a few months I own 1 of the most amazing stereos Iβve ever seen or heard. The staff here has done everything they can to make this happen and ensure I knew how to properly set it up from scratch which I canβt say thanks enough times for, If you havenβt already check this place out youβll be happy you did. Thanks to Innovative Audio!

β β β β β I had amplifier NAD in protection mode, first i went to Burnaby in one store for repair they kept it 9 months and all the time it was something new, new part, wrong part etc at the end they told me my amplifier needs new main board and itβs not possible to find it because discontinued! i was so mad with them, after i said ok i will try to that store, very professional, very kind people , service amazing, kept my amplifier 3 months they fixed it and with very reasonable price! I am very happy 5 stars and another new happy costumer! Now and for ever i will go there for anything of my sound equipment and i will tell my friends also to go there! Well done guys, thank you
