★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an in home service (survey) 2 weeks ago. I am supposed to have a report of the result that day. However, 2 weeks passed I still don’t have the report promised and I can’t go ahead with installation because of it. I phoned customer service, went in store to talk about the issue yet there is still nothing. I am really upset and disappointed with their service. I guess they just don’t care
