If you are going to buy something from a pawn shop be prepared for it to not work like brand new, people pawn things that aren't fully functioning for a reason. Now if you are bringing something in to pawn and get back in a few weeks and can follow the instructions on when to return and how much you owe, you will have no issues. I have used them on and off for the last 1.5 years never had an issue. Thank you to the staff who are always willing to help and so kind to me, in a neighborhood that is known for being a bit rough
