★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decision to remove dressing rooms is frustrating and a deal breaker. I went to buy jeans today. Typically takes trying on 5-10 pairs to find the right ones. You only allow return for exchange, no refunds. I am a long time customer. You lost me until the policy changes. Wasted afternoon. You should have a sign at the front door letting people know they can't try anything on before searching the racks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the second time when I’m not able to exchange some items purchased in another store in the time frame required.The supervisor is finding reasons that are beyond my understanding ( like tags not matching the items !!? ) It is my opinion that whatever is going on in between the stores and the way each of them are labeling their items, shouldn’t be my problem as a customer who I’m left with no option as they don’t accept returns and in two weeks I have not much to choose from in the same store. Never have same issues in other store, except the Surrey one. The woman supervisor is rude and not only that she doesn’t understand that is not my fault for the discrepancy in labeling but she seems like she is not willing to accept exchanges from other stores despite the company’s policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Value Village in search of a desk chair, and found a lot more than just a chair waiting for me. I found a comfortable couch, gently used clothing, and more. I was amazed by the sheer amount of usable things that don’t end up in the landfill because people donate them to Value Village. It also made me happy to know that most of my shopping trip would be for donations instead of purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prices are really getting too high, especially for little value. sad times for trying to make your dollar go a bit further. and donation attendants want only the best of the best. and storage containers have taken up the back parking lot and now eve less parking :( staff are nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found some serious treasures today. Very very good prices for most things. Found the most beautiful early 1910s vintage trunk, plan on restoring it and using it as decor...$8. Found a few other awesome items too. Great finds and the staff were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would’ve been the best place i’ve ever shopped!! i got good pants, couple shoes, one jacket and some accessories for my home. Books-cookware-clothes, they got everything. you would be shocked to see the prices. affordable for everybody ??

Parking spots are good enough available in front of store. ✅
We were visited before one & half year, we bought snow shoes ?, jackets ?, bag & blanket. It is really cheap to buy stuffs as a new immigrants. ✅
Today we visited to buy some basic stuffs but unfortunately no more options or limited items to choose. ❌
May be good visit next time ❕
